The hotel was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The staff was helpful.

There was no ventilation in the bathroom or we could not figure out how to get it to work, so the towels could not dry. The location of the hotel is a bit tricky as there are no shops or places to eat around, so you have to get breakfast at the hotel, which is a good selection, but a bit pricey. The hotel also advertises 24/7 bar, but does not have bartenders to tend it, it's just the reception desk staff mixing and pouring drinks and it's clear they are not well trained to do that.

It is easy to get to from the station. Very practical, quick registration, the included breakfast is very good. It is new and nicely decorated. My room was nice and spacious for european standards with a good bathroom. Plenty of space in the lobby area to hang out and work if you need to.

I was a bit disappointed with the location. There are no shops or cafes around and the fact that the central station is where you can find a cafe and stuff, for me is not nice. Stations are always horrible and this one is not an exception. However, the bar and coffee service at the hotel are open 24/7. They serve no food, though. I wish they did.

Room itself was bigger then expected. The check-in/out went very quickly, hotel was nice and quiet during the night. Bathroom had a very nice 'Japan' inspired design. There is a park very near to the hotel as well. Was about a 10M walk from the Düsseldorf central station. Highly recommended for short stays!

I felt somewhat unsafe after dark in the neighbourhood the hotel is in. There we're some strange people walking around, which is the case for most hotels close to train stations in western europe. This has ofcourse nothing to do with the hotel itself, but maybe something to think about before booking.

The Hotel itself is super! the Breakfast, and the staff - were incredible! Our first room was huge (we were traveling with our dog and booked a larger room), however, this was street-facing. As it was also incredibly hot that weekend, and the aircon lacked the ability to properly cool the room, we had no choice but to open the window at night to let fresh air in. Sadly the location of the hotel is frequented by party-goers and the festive noises of joy and intoxication were heard all night. We noted this with reception who promptly moved us to a courtyard-facing room. This was a game-changer for us. The Aircon still was not great, but we heard no street noises (or festivities) ad could enjoy some cool evening air with the window open. The staff continued to do what they could to help make our stay comfortable and my husband and I both commend this group for their genuine hospitality and service! Excellent!

The rooms are very hot, and those facing the street are subject to noise. Make sure to request a courtyard facing room if you prefer peace and quiet (especially when travelling with pets)

My experience was amazing and the breakfast was the best I had in German hotels so far. The room and the bathroom had enough space and were bigger than in equivalent chain hotels. Friendly stuff, I can't complain. Quiet room, which is very important for sleeping! Good ventilation and no stinky carpets or furniture. Oh and the location is perfect: just 10 min walking to Central Train Station.

The only thing I disliked was 11 emails from the hotel I received since the moment I booked it (ex: you can check-in online, you can check-out online, welcome to our hotel and so on). It's really redundant.

Bfast was great for euro 16,50 per person per day. Very big offering. During the week 06:30-10:30 weekend 07:00-11:30. There is free parking available 5 min walk from the hotel. Public parking not covered. When you sign up and become a member you get 1 free bfast voucher. When you restrain from 1x housekeeping you receive a free drink voucher. 5-10 min walk from Metro/subway station They offer a great variety of local and international drinks at the bar. And they make good coffee. There is even a little buy local shop. I loved the fact that I could chromecast straight to the television in my room.

I missed a watercooker/boiler in my room. The trashcan is too small. And I was a bit disappointed by the fact that the hotel only offers pizza/baquette or flamkuchen as diner options. They only do bar snacks. No proper dinner.

I really liked my stay at the Niu Tab. The room was exceptionally clean and comfy and had plenty of space for coats and luggage. The location was good, only a 3-5 min walk to the subway station and around 8-10 min walk to the Central Railway Station. The system checked me in early for free, which was a nice addition, but the hotel has a really inviting common area if you need to wait for a bit and kill some time :).

The double bed was actually two single beds with wheels next to each other, so if you move a lot or are sleeping with someone else, they might move and separate during the night. It wasn't an issue for me, but it might be something to pay attention to. The location was great, but the surroundings were pretty deserted at night, and did feel somewhat unsafe. I'm sure it's not a dangerous area, but if you're alone and planning to be out until late that was my perception.

The location is really good, I think. It's not far away from the main train station. And the surroundings is quiet. Also there is a beautiful park behind it. Sehr gut. 10 mins to train station. 3 mins to subway station. They also help me take care of my luggage, although I have checked out early.

I think the cleanliness still need to be improved. Because I could feel a layer of ash on the table. Not a lot, but worth improving. Generally it's a good choice to live here. Looking forward to next journey here.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good. The rooms are big enough and clean. Toiletries available and good quality. There are small things that will make your stay very comfortable, for example, WiFi is available and free, and it allows you to cast content from your devices to the TV screen which has an internal Chromecast. Rooms also have Bluetooth speakers which you can connect to using a QR code.

Tap water tasted funny, do not drink it. There was a frequent sound coming from the outside. The sound was noticeable but nothing to disturb.

Very comfortable and nicely decorated clean rooms with good beds and spacious bathroom. I loved the interior design of the lobby and how beautiful and big it was 👍 You can sit anywhere to chill and have a drink. The hotel is only a walking distance away from central station. I especially loved the big breakfast buffet and a huge variety of foods!

The low quality of the desk and chair. The material made the furniture look really cheap and the chair /desk wasn't comfortable to sit at, since it's facing so close to the tv :( I couldn't use the tv either, it wasn't connecting. Maybe a water cooker could've been placed in the room. And my room was a bit small.
