Very friendly staff working on reception. We needed a place to stop overnight that was accessible and this was exactly what the hotel offered. The door is unlocked for you to come and go as you please, whilst you also have a key for when it gets late to allow yourself back into the lobby. The bedroom was perfect for what we needed. Comfortable bed and a spacious ensuite. There is parking nearby which is a little pricey, but the hotel was affordable so it balances out.

There really isn't anything that we notably disliked. The stay was exactly what we needed and it served its purpose very well for us. Thank you!

Breakfast was average with limited options but was fine Location is very nice, close to bus and metro stations And about 8 minutes walking from main train station Dusseldorf hauptbahnhof Also not far from the old town altstadt

Room was a little bit small Sunrise comes early this time and blackout is not good There were no Air-conditioning in the room and unfortunately the weather during my trip was too hot But the staff sent me a fan

Hotel prices are very high in Dusseldorf, so the cost of this was reasonable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It's a 25 min walk into the old town (Altstadt), but we already knew that. On-street (metered) parking is available and there is an underground car park about 100 yards away.

The lift only starts on the second floor, so if you have heavy cases be prepared to carry them up the first couple of flights of stairs.

A comfortable and spacious room in a small hotel, which is in easy reach of Duesseldorf Hauptbahnhof, which is a 10-minute walk or a brief tram journey. Bathroom facilities are fine and the wi-fi connection works well. The Oststrasse and the excellent Schumacher's brewery restaurant is a 15-minute walk from the hotel.

Pillows were far too thin and very uncomfortable, although this was easily remedied.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the towels in the bathroom extra thick and soft. The breakfast buffet was a bargain for €10. The location is ideal, with convenient parking, a selection of restaurants, the pedestrian zone and a beautiful park all within a very short walking distance.

Staff is very friendly. The room is pretty nice, rather spacious, clean, the furniture is recent, there's a teapot and a fridge. Quiet (my room didn't face the street). Great for the price.

The walls in the room could use a fresh paint. The hotel staircase and the lift (which starts at 1.5 floor!) remind me of a horror movie. The area feels pretty dodgy (but so is the the whole area next to the Bahnhof)

You can reach the hotel from the bus station in 10 minutes by walking and the airport bus passes near the hotel as well. I arrived before check-in time. They let me in the room earlier because the room was ready. The staff is polite and helpful, they answered all my questions with a smile. I had an external bathroom but it didn’t bother me since it was clean. The hair dryer was not working. Luckily, I had mine with me.

It is so clean ,comfortable and breakfast is nice more over they accept my bag to keep their safe hand for 4 hours after check out which helped a lot for me. They all the time smile , really felt welcome and location is great. You can walk from main station trum line everywhere, also to airport is normal taxi about 20-25 Euro distance. A great place I found !! How could this charge available that I told myself.

Very service minded. Were able to offer earlier check in at no extra cost. Very welcomed.

Nothing to dislike. Expectations were fully met, based on good and detailed descriptions and photos in booking process

This was a great location in Dusseldorf to reach the Christmas markets. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable as expected.

Our room was on the 5th floor, you need to walk up 1.5 flights to reach the elevator, which then drops you between floors so another 1/2 flight up or down to your room. Not a problem for us, but if you lacked mobility it might cause an issue.
