Exceptionally clean and much better than what I expected in terms of comfort and overall niceness of the room. Even had access to a shared terrace. I usually never book rooms with separate/shared toilets, but this one was totally fine.

Entrance was a bit difficult to find or not as visibly marked, had a bit of difficulty checking in and contacting reception when I arrived as they are available only at specific times. Nothing that wasn't easily solved though. Not sure how well soundproofed the rooms were, but it was generally quiet at my floor and nobody complained about noise from my end.

Great location next to the train station, 15-minute walk to the city center, nice views from the terrace, the room was very large, bathroom was clean and a good size, the price was reasonable, and the staff was very friendly. There is a parking garage nearby for 12 euros a day definitely park there!

The area is a little sketchy being close to a train station but that's to be expected. There were no toiletries in the bathroom which should probably be stated especially if it's a studio hotel. The bed was nice and big but my side was sunken in.

We got an early check-in because the room was available. A very helpful and service oriented woman greeted us. The room given was perfect with direct access to the roof terrace. The breakfast is 10€ and includes many varieties to cater for every taste.

The mattress was a bit soft, but this is something that can happen in any hotel. I slept in the middle of the double bed and it was a good rest

The room was really nice. luckily the lady offered us a Room on 6th floor with Terrace, which was awesome, great view and the lady was really Friendly and Frank, she made us feel really comfortable. The breakfast was good

The only problem was Wifi as i couldn’t connect to it all. But actually it didn’t bother us much as we were there for some work purpose and were most of the time outside 😊 sightseeing

Great hotel by the train station. The old city centre is about a 15 minute walk away. My room was clean and tidy, with huge windows and a comfy chair for relaxing in. Very friendly and accommodating staff. I stored by bicycle in my room, but bikes can also be kept in the secure underground garage. I'd happily stay here again. The photos are accurate and this place is well managed.

The wifi wasn't working while I was there. The rooms are on the 5th and 6th floor; there are lifts, but they are tiny and won't fit more than two people (or a bicycle).

Located on the top 2 floors of an office building the hotel offers quiet and comfortable rooms. The optional breakfast for €10 was good value. Very kind and helpful staff. After extending my stay I was given an upgrade to a larger room with access to the rooftop terrace. Would recommend this place .

The wifi on floor 6 was weak and only useable when outside.

I was surprised by getting such an excellent service from the staff they are so adorable and made me feel like home! I will definitely recommend this place maybe you will hesitate because from outside you don't see it very well but ones inside, the rooms and are areas are very well clean and maintained! I slept like a rose 😊

The property was exactly at as it was described: small, functional and clean room and bathroom with a good view. However, the real diamond in the rough was Studiotel’s Manager, BIRGIT, whose tough exterior always gave way to her generosity and hospitality. Let me explain: when we requested an early check-in because our flight was slated to arrive ridiculously early, the hotel informed us before we departed for Düss that the earliest they could do was noon. But when we arrived even earlier than anticipated at 9, Fr. Birgit “sourly” told us she had sent us a message a few hours before (which we didn’t see in time) that checking would be at 10am. We thought we’d have to wait it out until she turned and around and said, “but your room’s clean and ready anyway so you can check in at no extra cost.” When we found out soon after checking in that some construction works had affected the internet (it wasn’t working and despite Studiotel’s efforts would not be fixed until the construction was done). We d her we would have to cancel our booking and get a refund (as my husband was working remotely and needed acces to the internet), she was initially flustered, but, 5 minutes later, she comes to our room with a plan to move us to a sister hotel (with good internet) and upgrades us. Not only that, she turns up the next morning to drive us to our new place - and during that journey and every other interaction we had with her we saw Birgit unfold as this funny, lively and curious person who is genuinely interested in people and making connections. Birgit - who told us with her usual reluctant but exuberant hilarity, “[my name] means nice girl from the North, but I’m not very nice,” - bent over backwards to help us whenever we (English-speaking tourists) were stuck; helped me (who had limited mobility) get around when she could and made checking out a breeze.

The room was extremely comfortable and clean. My room had access to the terrace on the top floor which was a great plus. There is black coffee available in the morning for guests and the location is fantastic.

Unfortunately, the room was a bit noisy due to the street train passing in front of the building. On the two days I stayed, there was a problem with the wifi and there was no internet at all. The person at the reception told me it was a cabling problem outside of the hotel and they were trying to fix it.

Excellent location. The staff on the night were very helpful and knowing that we were trying to sort a room at short notice did all they could to help us. There was a little confusion with the language and so we thought we booked the wrong room. Great value.

The room was a little too warm despite opening the window.
