Everything was fine, courteous and helpful staff, cleanliness of room and overall cleanliness, free coffee at the lobby was a bonus :) . I had reached much before the check in time, but I made myself comfortable in the lobby, wifi and coffee were provided without any charges and I could finish my online meetings comfortably before checking in.

The lift, its old and needs to be closed properly by the user, but there is nothing which can be done. Perhaps air conditioning especially in the rooms on the higher floor, I had to change the room to a lower floor because it was too hot in the room.

It was an adequate stay especially for the price we paid. We had a late train arrival in Dusseldorf so picked a hotel close to the train station to stay for a night as we also planned to check-out first thing in the morning the next day. As expected the train was unfortunately more than an hour late and it was already 1.30am. So we were very happy to only take a short walk from the main train station to the hotel, and with a 24-hour reception, we did not have to worry about check-in despite the odd hours. The bed was comfortable and there was hot water kettle and a mini fridge - we had everything we needed. The interior is a bit old but there is really nothing to fault.

The hotel was in a great location and very clean.

The fact there were road works as they were making a hole in the street to facilitate railway and it was IMPOSSIBLE to sleep with the noise as the works were ongoing 24/7. The hotel SHOULD have advised us before our arrival for us to find alternative accomodation, as trying to have a relaxing holiday on zero sleep and a massive headache was really not nice at all :(

location is great staff was friendly ,really very helpful and of real support whenever asked for anything bed and pillow were very comfortable facilities are really good (fridge , safe , tv …etc) clean

I don’t recommend to stay in room near to elevator because of its door noise from time to time on lower level you might hear the tram if window is opened fan from toilet is a bit loud

Elevator does not reach your level directly. Still 6 steps up or down with luggage. Breakfast buffet is replenished sluggishly. No smoked Salmon.

The staff were very helpful. Day I arrived I didn't have any Euros on me, only USD but they let me stay and even lent me €50 but with a guarantee of course. The next day I need to do some laundry but it was already past 11am so the hotel couldn't provide it, the lady at the reception was kind enough to find me a place to get the laundry done. I intended spending a night in Dusseldorf but because I felt at home I decided to spend two nights.

It would be nice to include breakfast.

You can walk to Dusseldorf Hbf (Main Train Station) Staff are helpful They changed our room to a better room in the ground floor (as we had much luggage).

Upper floors are not suitable with luggage as the elevator is small and there is an additional staircase to reach many rooms.

Had a pleasant short stay at the hotel as we only spent most of our time at an exhibition hall at Messe. Everything was kept clean and immaculate, plus the receptionist was very very friendly. Love the kitschy elevator too.

My only complain would be that there was only one elevator for the whole hotel and it’s also a bit on the small side.

services is very nice, they support us to check in very early around 9:00AM, then we can enjoy our trip early without baggage. room is very clean, heating well, staffs is super friend and location is very closed to train main station, easy to walk to old town and fancy store. Appreaciate for all, would recommend👍🏻

Right next to the main station, and Düsseldorf’s Little Tokyo. Very Spacious rooms!

No ventilation in the rooms means you need to leave the window open all day. Unfortunately there’s a tram line right outside the window, and lots of restaurants on the corner. You’ll only have peace for a couple hours each night.
