This was our family's first vacation since Covid. We had a lot of anxieties and uncertainties not knowing what it would be like but our stay at the hotel was fantastic and gave us the confidence to travel again. - Free parking - Clean and spacious rooms - Good temperature control in the room - Good water pressure in the shower - Good amenities in the bathroom - Fridge - Coffee and Tea Making Facility - Big TV with plenty of channels to choose from - Super reliable and fast wifi (free) - Great breakfast (Our scrambled eggs were freshly cooked accordingly to how we like them!) - Sanitiser is provided on the dining table - Super friendly staff and hotel guests!

The only problem all of us had was the pillow. It was too soft and flat for us and we were uncertain if we could ask for more pillows as we did not want to bother the lady at the reception. It was already quite late when we got back from our dinners on both nights. My daughter did mention that the bed was too soft for her but it was okay for me so this is very subjective.

Hotel Villa Falkenberg is well managed with exceptional staff and a delicious breakfast each morning. The location is walking distance from nearby beautiful and historic sites and several minutes from a the train line that provides quick access to the rest of the city. The staff members were easy to communicate with in English or German. Should I have the opportunity to return to Düsseldorf, a check in to Hotel Villa Falkenberg will be my first stop!

Breakfast was an extremely high standard. The hosts were very helpful, assisting me with their luggage and reserving a place for me in the car park. Unfortunately another guest took my spot but they were willing to ask them to move as they had promised it to me but I said it wasn't necessary. The rooms are comfortable and immaculate . I stay here regularly and can highly recommend it.

Close to the airport, very cozy atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, tasty breakfast, big rooms, baby cot was already in the room even though we didn’t even ask for it :) amazing service!

Not negative, just beware: if you travel with a child, be prepared to carry the stroller yourself (no elevator). If you pay by card, you need to pay 6€ more for the service.

Staff was immensely friendly and got out of their way to make my stay comfortable. I arrived late due to flight cancellations and had to leave before breakfast time and they sorted me with food for the night and the morning although the kitchen was closed. The hotel itself is very pretty and has a lovely atmosphere and great location. Absolutely brilliant overall and reduced my Stress from all the travel and flight cancellation issues:)

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The lady who greeted us at the reception was extremely helpful and provided us with instructions to get to the evening Christmas market. The lady who prepared our breakfast the next morning was equally helpful and friendly, and makes a supreme omelet.

The pillows in the room is not very comfortable, and only 1 set was provided

This is a charming boutique hotel in a beautiful historic area. Just a short walk to the Rhine and into the Main Street of town with lots of shops and restaurants. Convenient location near the train so a jaunt into town is easy. Great staff and breakfast was wonderful with a picturesque view of beautiful roses in the garden. We had three active boys with us and they had a blast watching the robotic lawn mower do it’s thing. “It’s like staying in a castle Daddy” one said when he saw the beautiful architecture.

No AC but fans were available.

The owners were very accommodating. My crossing was delayed which meant i was unable to check in until 22:30. They were very thoughtful with the check in time, my room allocation (i brought my dog and they gave me a room with easy access) and we very considerate about my needs the following morning

everything was great! the personal are very kind and helpful! the owner is a great Lady,very smile and polite! our room was big with kitchen and 2 separate bedrooms with it’s own bathroom. in kitchen you can find water, tea and coffee machine with capsules. the rooms were very clean, bright, the bed was very comfortable. the breakfast was wonderful! you also can have breakfast outside! I highly recommend this hotel, it is very suits for the families with kids!

Charm and comfort beyond compare. Will definitely stay again and have already recommended to friends. The staff is unmatched in their kindness and professionalism. Perfect location as being within walking distance to Florence-Nightingale Hospital was important for this trip.

Walls were a bit thin, but room was so comfortable we still had a great night‘s sleep!
