The room was great - quiet in general and the staff were very helpful. Would recommend for a trip to Dusseldorf!

The room could've been cleaner. There were a few stains on the seats and some rubbish that wasn't cleaned up. We also got two single beds instead of two doubles, which is something I should've checked before we left!

The parking was very big, even my wife would be able to park there. 💁‍♀️ The staff was very friendly, thanks to the waiter of the bar for baking a pizza 30 min before closing. 💃 The gym was very small. it only had 6kg and 14kg dumbbells but I still managed to get the biggest pump. My wife thought I looked very big. 😇 There was a sauna too, but it wasn’t too steamy as it was only 70C. 🥵 Our room was cleaned also by housekeeping, you’re doing gods work 🙏 It was very good, especially considering it was one of the cheapest in Düsseldorf at the time of booking. Breakfast was good 👍

Very good value for the price. Conveniently located near public transport (2 min walk from train station, 2 min walk from large tram stop). Very friendly staff. Parking is pricey but well secured which offered peace of mind, as the area is not the nicest. Comfortable bed, good isolation from the outside (the occasional loud sounds could still be heard) and very good isolation from the hallway/other hotel rooms. Very nice initiative to receive a free drink voucher if you decide housekeeping is not necessary in between nights.

Lower quality compared to other NH hotels we have stayed at. Old stains can be seen in furniture, not just in the room but also in the hotel lobby. Shower water pressure was not very strong, shower area was also not well thought out in general.

The room was very spacious and well laid out. The breakfast was plentiful and there were lots of options to suit all tastes. It didn't have noisy music blaring out like some hotels have at breakfast which made it peaceful and relaxing. We ate at the hotel in the evening and although the menu was somewhat limited, the food we did have was exceptionally good.

The only thing which could have been better was less noise from the busy road outside. We thought our window was open it was so noisy, but it wasn't. Double glazing may need renewing or triple glazing installing.

Breakfast was awesome with seasonal flowers. Fantastics! Location near by public transport Station and perfect to carry out luggage from the airport or central station. The hospitality of staff was nice with kindness.

Some guests seem to be on behalf of airline Crews who are wearing uniforms and are occupied on a sitting place as being gathered. In my opinion, the space needs to be divided between normal guests and airline crews to be comfortable check-in / out or any queries to reception.

- Standard modern hotel with spacious room and bathroom. - Good breakfast with long hours to choose from. - Close to public transport - Nice lobby and bar area where you can sit and meet friends

- There is a parking and the information I got was that reservation was not necessary. Check-in is from 3 p.m. and we were there at that time, but already the parking was full. This was very annoying as we had to scour the streets in the vicinity to find something. - I don't like bathrooms with a shower inside the bath. - Beds were quite hard - would have liked coffee and tea making facilities in the room. However there was a help yourself coffee machine in the lobby which was nice.

The rooms are big, clean, modern. Breakfast was good. The location of the hotel was excellent, just by the tram 701 heading to the city center and close to S-Bahn connecting HBhf and other cities. Opposite is fuel station and supermarket, sushi place. The hotel has a lovely bar.

It's just a minor set back. Perhaps some more colors in the room. It's all pure white and if water boiler is in every room, would be great. Perhaps also more dinner options in the bar.

The staff are very friendly and they tried their best to fulfill all my requests. We booked a superior room and it is really spacious with cozy seating and bed.

Unfortunately our room is facing the street so it’s not easy to ignore the noise when the tram is passing by. Might be a problem for those who needs 100% quietness. Since all the rooms with 3 beds are facing the street and we don’t any options, but that is actually the only negative point I can think of during the stay.

I liked the location of the hotel in calm and clean neighbourhood of Derendorf. Also the proximity to the S-Bahn Station comes in handy when travelling without a car. The spacious room was clean and had everything you need. Good value for money.

One of the elevators wasnt working, so sometimes we would wait up to 7 minutes until the other elevators were available. The toilet seat could be renewed.

Room comfortable and nice staff.

We stayed 2 nights there and since we arrive we saw plates, bottles and towels in the corridor. The same things were there when we checked out. The staff were cleaning the rooms in the morning but no one collected the dirty things from the corridor. When we checked out we talked to the receptionist, who were surprised and appreciated our notice.
