Comfortable beds, clean, good location, close to tram stop but also possible to walk into centre. Fantastic breakfast. Very nice staff / owner, nice atmosphere. The doors are locked, I think around 9pm, so they give you a key for the outer door. There is a receptionist in the evening but you have to call them..Area is good with bars, cafes, restaurants nearby. "Himmel und Erd" pub/restaurant was recommended and it was good. Also tried the Austrian restaurant "Rubens", about two tram stops away, excellent.

I made two separate reservations with Booking.com and both were confirmed to me. But, Booking.com only made ONE reservation with the hotel. The hotel never received the second reservation which meant we had to share a room instead of having two separate bedrooms. This was NOT the fault of the hotel.

It's very convenient to get to the Fair from the hotel. Just take the tram. The house is simple but room is comfortable, equipped with everything of a 4star hotel (safe, coffee maker, ironing board, etc.) The breakfast was awesome. Selection of fresh fruits was incredible: fresh mango, kiwi, pineapple, melon, what is more, raspberry (in January). Excellent cheese spread selection, smoked salmon and homemade jam. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable. The hotel is quiet. So, we were absolutely satisfied.

Wonderful and friendly staff, excellent and very diverse breakfast. Room was clean and well organized. The location is near many restaurants and near the city center.

The WiFi coverage was reasonable, however, not all traffic is allowed. This made connecting to the business WiFi impossible. Also WhatsApp calling was not allowed. Reception mentioned there had been an outage the day before, so maybe the provider did not restore previous settings.

The staff is very friendly. The room is clean and comfortable. There are many facilities in a room: TV, fan, hair dryer, coffee machine, mini bar, snacks. The area is quiet, there’re no side noises that could interrupt your sleep. The breakfast is delicious.

There was no ventilation in the bathroom, so we had to keep door open to let the fresh air come in.

A very welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the hotel with great eye for quality and comfort for their guests. Clean, practical and quiet rooms. Absolutely tasty breakfast with plenty of options and nice fruit. Very practical to be able to park the car in the hotel's garage (by reservation). Everything is well thought out and small gestures / signs show that the owners and staff are masters in hospitality.

Warm welcome from Reception, comfy beds, lots of hot water, good wi-fi, excellent for local cafes , restaurants and shops. We didn't have breakfast this time as we were meeting up with family every day but we've had it in the past and it sets you up for the day. it has a parking garage if you're driving (you need to book ahead) We enjoyed and made good use of the coffee/tea maker in the room too. Room was serviced daily even over the weekend.

Excellent breakfast. Plenty of cold and warm food, with a wide variety of fresh fruits. Very interesting beds with air to pump in/out to make the mattress softer/harder. Great location in a lovely local area.

Location, room, but above all breakfast. Have never seen a hotel breakfast with this many fruit/berries. I counted 19 different options on the day - all nicely diced or cleaned. Awesome breakfast and awesome personnel.

We had a great time! The hotel was very clean, staff was very helpful and welcoming and the breakfast on offer was incredible! They also offer parking on site available upon request which was very convenient!

Every time we travel from the UK to Duesseldorf, we will stay here. The location is very nice, it does not take long to walk into the town centre Also, what is, I think, appreciated of all guests, is the beautiful breakfast, which a great choice and very enjoyable
