Location, design, breakfast - very good!

Very thin walls, two nights in a row we were experiencing loud talks of the next door drunk neighbors. Felt like they we talking just inside our room. Also there was a random door in our room which were leading to I don't know where, it was locked, but it felt a little bit weird having and additional door in our room without any explanations or notice.

The hotel breakfast (included) was AMAZING!!! So many options to choose from and their coffee machine was to die for. This alone was worth out overnight stay! I liked how new and clean the hotel is. We also liked that they were able to fit this family of four in a family room of two bunk beds.

We couldn’t control the air conditioner from the room. We didn’t realize we could open the window - this would have made a big difference if we had known. I didn’t like that even though we paid parking for what we thought was 24 hours, is not in fact the case. Your parking (no matter what time you check in) is only good until 3 PM of the day you check out. This is inconvenient because we had checked in at midnight the day before and had planned to do some sightseeing the next day and had hoped to leave the car and not have to pay for another day. A minor inconvenience I suppose.

Was so nice Hotel ..everything was clean..new..look like Photos Even the hotel Lounge is more beautiful than the pictures..the breakfast was so good and the service is good... I could make check in earlier and i find it's so nice from the man in reception there....I was so satisfied with my daughters with our stay there But the hotel is not so near from the center city...walking from central station 20 minutes... but too long..Sbahn or U station you need to walk 7 minutes to reach the station and its not so far ...I mean you need to use Public transport to reach the central station (one stop)to the port near the water you need 18 minutes with U.bahn

Actually everything was very good .but when the location was Closer to the city center(by walking) it will be great

WOW What a beautiful hotel, clean, friendly staff, nice rooms, great location, wonderful breakfast, even the parking was a nice clean underground garage that felt very secure. We needed a triple room and got a room for 4 Bathroom was shower and sink / next to it was a toilet and sink. Perfect for when you need the loo and a teenager is having a long shower. Incredible hotel Would recommend and definitely stay again We even at at the hotel restaurant due to getting there late after a day at Phantasialand near Cologne. I can’t remember the last time I ate a meal at a hotel, but the selection of food and price was also good value for money.

It’s a good price to start with. The room is bright and spacious. Design is modern and new. Good soundproof( because the hotel is next to the railway).

Overall it’s good. The only two things were, there was no facial tissues in the room and there is no phone in the room so you can’t call front desk. Also, this is not a problem if you travel alone, but the shower is in a glass wall which is an open view to the room(at least in my case) so if you are traveling with your friends you might want to consider if it’s for you(I did see groups of guy friends living in same rooms)

The hotel is located in the new building. Everything are new and don't have any smell. We had really big room for 2 adults and 1 baby. The view to the park, not sunny side. Air condition helped to sleep well in the room with comfortable temperature.

I chose this hotel because of new building and 1 big bed (as was mention in the description). Unfortunately the hotel does not have rooms with 1 double bed, it is actually 2 beds together. ln my case it was very important to have 1 bed because I traveled with the small child who sleeps with me all night.

The breakfast was outstanding with plenty to choose from. The staff, in particular Tom Gossling, were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is spotless and the atmosphere is professional.

The quadruple bedroom was clean and the facilities were okay. Tea making service would be a welcome addition. My only complaint about the hotel was the bunk beds. As a group of ladies all aged 50 and above it was a huge disappointment to see the two bunk beds. We managed to get into them but manoeuvring out of them was difficult painful and dangerous as it was impossible to turn around and come down the ladder backwards and the only option was to use one of the stools to assist with the last few steps. Unfortunately the stool wobbled and this caused one of the guests to fall during a trip to the toilet during the night. It is not clearly noted on the website that bunk beds are the only option for quadruple rooms and had an over whelming negative effect on an otherwise perfect stay

The location was great, it was kind of in a middle of downtown and airport which was ideal for me. The staff was very helpful, breakfast was good, it had a little bit of everything, sweet, savory, fresh fruit and pretty descent coffee. Behind a hotel there is a walking area with greenery and it was perfect to sit and relax a bit.

To be honest, everything was great. The only thing you should be prepared for is that the hotel is right next to train tracks and I was a little worried about the noise, since I was waking up early for my flight, but it wasn’t an issue at all.

It’s in a great location and the staff were really nice and friendly. The room was quite clean. It was designed simply and elegantly.

There is no mini bar, nightstand, boiler, or a safe. I personally find it a bit odd that the toilet itself is separated with a door from the rest of the bathroom. It’s unhygienic not to wash hands right away. I’m allergic to dust and I had a very hard time with the cloth dust coming from the mattress and the pillows.

On arrival the staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check in early as our room was ready. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable. We paid a very low price for this hotel and at this price point the hotel more than met our expectations. Breakfast in the morning was included in this low price and it did not disappoint- there was plenty of choice and everything was tasty. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It's a bit of a walk (about 20 mins) from the main train station, although there is another station very close. We may have been able to get a train from one station to the other but we did not explore this option as we were happy to walk and take in the sights of a new city.
