Really nice hotel at a great location close to center. We personally walked to the center every time, but if you want you can take a taxi or public transport. The management of the hotel is really good. They give you all the necessary information before you get there and they are ready to help at anytime. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. This was much appreciated. The breakfast offers many choices and it's totally wonderful. Great start for your day. The whole property, from the lobby to the room, is very very clean. The beds are comfortable. Overall, I would definitely send a friend at this hotel.

Very pleasant receptionist. Professional. Plenty of options for breakfast around if you are not taking breakfast at the hotel. Quite central. There is a public parking with the hotel discount for 15Eur per night in walking distance (400m)

Room service Vacuum cleaner went on at 8AM just by our door, like alarm clock as of the sudden. I recommend to arrange time schedule more accurately in the sake of your guests tranquility and proper rest.

The hotel has a heartful, retro atmosphere, with pedancy with details and cozyness. The location is optimal: peaceful at nighttime, lively at daytime, all the servives nearby and easy to travel to downtown or airport. The staff were really nice and helpful. The breakfast was sympathetic and delicious.

No complaints! The air conditioning would have been nice but we managed with the coolers in rooms.

I was packing in a hurry for this trip and kinda forgot about a few things. Thankfully, the staff was extremely helpful and ready to help me out. In addition, anything you could need is in very close proximity to the hotel.

I really don't know what to write here. In fact, there is nothing that I could say that I didn't like during my stay at this hotel. It met all of my expectations. If I really need to think of something, maybe a little better lighting for the bathroom mirror?

Perfectly located hotel with everything close by. Good for solo travelers. Good restaurant near by, shops. Really recommended if you are on a budget.

The hotel and all the rooms need renovation. No coffee/tea kettle in the room. Lots of steep steps, not suited if you travel with small children or elderly person.

Nice city view and emplacement. A supermarket just over the road and the public transport in 4 minutes by feet. The mini-bar was good too.

Everything was good. A bit noisy in the night with window open, but when closed it's okay.

The room was very clean and relatively spacious for a single room. The location was right next to many restaurants and stores, which were easily accessible by foot. The key pickup was simple through the automated box.

Nothing really! There were quite a few stairs up to my room, but I also saw signs for an elevator. I imagine the rooms on the street could get quite loud if you have the windows open at night, but I didn't have any issues.

I had a very comfortable stay. Room is well maintained and very clean. The bed is very comfortable and the heat is also good enough to have a comfortable stay. Mr and Mrs Gianni (Hotel Managers) were very helpful and took care of me very well. I would repeat the stay in future here and recommend others to plan their stay here.

Thought breakfast was until 11.00 but its only 10.00 ... even so the staff were extremely friendly, brought more good out for me and made fresh coffee ... I only realised at check out that they had done all extra for me ... thank you and sorry for not checking tge times in advance.
