This unpretentious, yet comfortable hotel is located within a 5-minute tram ride (#708/709) from Central Station and a 10-minute walk from the historic center of Düsseldorf. There are plenty of great restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance. Despite its central location, the hotel is just slightly off some major roads in a more residential (and, thereby, quiet) area. The hotel itself is mid-sized with super-friendly staff. Facilities are somewhat limited, but with everything one could want a short distance away, this didn't bother us at all. Breakfast is buffet-style and plentiful and costs EUR 19.00 per person. (Unless you only need a cup of coffee and a pastry in the morning, going out in the morning will cost you about the same elsewhere.) We booked a Junior Suite and got what to us was a surprisingly large space on the top floor with windows all around (room 511). Considering what we paid, this was a great value and made us feel right at home.

The only thing we disliked was the speed of WiFi which hovered around a disappointing 2 Mbps most of the time. Other than that, it would have been nice to have breakfast included by default, but given plenty of options in the vicinity for those who don't need a buffet-style meal in the morning, this was quite all right.

Great location, close to Ubahn stop, train station as well as shopping district. Room for 1 was compact and yet nicely designed and spacious enough. Big open windows gave a feeling of space and offered ample sunlight and air. Bed was super comfy and room was clean. Overall I would choose the same hotel if I came back. Oh and next door they have 2 amazing eateries - Rosie's and La Cucina and both serve great food. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was decent but variety was lacking. certain items had gone cold. But again the staff were very nice, so it did not matter as such.

The service was absolutely amazing. Before we checked in they were very responsive on the chat platform for questions about parking. When we checked in with the lady Tila, she was very friendly and made the experience unforgettable. She later helped us out with recommendations which made our stay so much better. The room was tidy, beds were softer than expected and comfortable. Location is pretty decent, expect to walk 15 min for the centre but there is enough to do in the neighbourhood. All I can say is check this hotel out and special thanks to Tila!

The staff is super friendly... Florian, Helen, Francesco & everyone else. Extremely hospitable & polite. The location of the hotel is central and at walking distance to most of the shopping places. It has public transport connectivity (as close as 2-3 minutes walking).

Someone who likes room services (in terms of food.... lunch & dinner). This hotel offers breakfast only n does not support an in-house kitchen.

Perfect location of the hotel - convenient within walking distance. Also, really close to the train station (Central Station). The reception staff were very nice (they even spoke Spanish) and helpful for the early check-in. The services provided by the hotel also went beyond our expectations.

We missed a water heater in the room for some tea and some tea bags, but they gave it to us in the reception after asking for it.

The front desk of this hotel is exceptional. All the receptionist are kind and helpful. Also i love the location. It is just in the beginning of Kö. I stayed 1 night in Düsseldorf and this hotel is more than enough.

For one night stay i cannot say anything to dislike but it will be better if there is a coffee and tea option in the room.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Parking available on site. Very close to the Japanese area of the town. Everything else is at walking distance.

A bit more attention to details would be great: the room was clean, but not spotless (we found a used towel on the chair, for example) and some empty minibar bottles were left on the side of our room door for basically the whole stay.

Everything is quite good. Staffs are helpful. The location is convenient.

I've problem with the internet. The hotel wifi is public so no need to log in with username and password. However, there's a problem with security. My devices are quite sensitive with security so I can't access any wifi while staying at the hotel. As a foreign traveller, the hotel wifi is quite critical. Fortunately I stated here only one night.

The hotel is nice. Staff members were so friendly and helpfull. The location is very calm and nice. Many coffee shops are in the area. 15 min away from the train & bus station. 20 min away from old city center.

No coffee machine in the room. No water bottles. Bed are so tiney.

The hotel accommodated my request for early check-in. Booking was done by my office hwho had somehow missed to include breakfast in the package but the staff was generous enough to include the same as well.

The room size is too small. A single bed of 6' X 3' is stuffed into a very small sized room which can be difficult to sleep.
