The location is perfect. It is very close to the city centre, just 15 minutee-walk to the heart of the city. Besides, the main train station is the next door :) . The breakfast is wonderful, too. There are even a waffle and pancake machine :) . It has a wide variety of choices. And I can't finish without mentioning that the receptionist guy, Ismail, was really hospitable. He was very kind and smiling. Extra thanks to him.

Nothing could be better but maybe they can cancel the system to use a card for the elevator. It is unnecessary, I guess. And the time for breakfast could be a bit longer for the oversleepers. It could be extended to 11.00 am.

Good location close to the train station but quiet. Very big and bright rooms. Good breakfast. Quick check in and check out process. Soundproof windows so you are not bothered by the trains.

Using free Wi-Fi felt like I'm back in 2000's when hotels charged for Wi-Fi. When trying to use Wi-Fi you are first asked to provide a lot of personal data/join the loyalty program. At the bottom there is a link with an option to proceed without providing the data but with a warning that you may be charged for using Wi-Fi. If you click on it, you are then given an option of basic free Wi-Fi or high speed paid Wi-Fi. Is it necessary? Actually, free Wi-Fi worked very well so why trying to nudge the customers?

Very comfortable bed in contrast with the often too hard ones in <5 star hotels. Everything very new and modern. Nice with a kettle for tea or coffee as well. Breakfast very impressive as well. Largest TV-set I'v seen in a hotel. Good location as well: Close to transportstion, but still quiet. Its apperently a 3-star hotel, but that makes no sense at all: Its better than 90% of all 4-star hotels.

Only thing I missed was a fridge, but its not a dealbreaker with so many other advantages. Felt a bit uncomfortable showering and using the hotel realizing I used heating and energy/gas and hence supporting the russian dictatorship:(

We love this hotel, ideal location, nice spacious clean rooms and a fab choice for breakfast. Reception staff very friendly and a big shout to the lovely night time man who was lovely and chatty and friendly we didn't get his name but he was American.

Only disappointment was I used my own card to put in room key and it was taken by housekeeping, not sure why they took it? It was white and you could see it was my own with my name on. We asked at reception and heard nothing so asked again and it was apparently going to be looked for and the staff asked when they returned but again we heard nothing, it would of been nice to have had a message in our room to say the staff had been asked and it looked for properly, although I still don't understand why it was removed in 1st place. I am having to now report the card as lost/stolen. We mentioned to reception that the bed nearest the bathroom was very very squeaky and might be broken it didn't cause us major issues but was very noisy when turning over.

Very nice people at the reception. We have also been able to leave our luggage after checking out. Clean room, good-size bed. WC with a comfortable shower. Breakfast was better than I expected. Good balance with not only bread and flakes, but also vegetables, cheese, meat balls, fruits etc.

The emergency button at the bathroom started ringing by itself, at an early morning. It took two times to make it stop, also involving reception workers. There was only one place to hang a towel, despite the room being for two people, so it's obvious that at least two hooks are needed. No slippers included. We'll, that's a metter of habit. And it's Germany - you could buy slippers at the reception. No any small fridge (but also, matter of habit).

Hampton is seriously amazing in every way possible!! To start with the location, so many interesting things to see around, with the city center being nearby. The fact that main train station is right next to the hotel was a game-changer, we were able to easily find it after we left the airport and it made going around so convenient too. The staff is perfect, so welcoming and kind, everyone does their best to make you feel at home. The hotel is so cozy and nice, it has such a warm atmosphere that we appreciated so much, it has made us feel comfortable and happy. The hotel is so clean and smells amazing, rooms are well equipped and so cozy. Beds are so good that it becomes difficult to wake up in the morning because you just want to continue sleeping. Bathrooms are great - with many amenities. Breakfast is perfect, with so many things on the menu to choose from - everything was delicious and fresh. We have only good things to say about Hampton and everyone who works there - and to thank them for the loveliest stay we ever had in a hotel. And we want to specially mention and thank the lovely Luca who helped us so much, and made us feel so at home. We left with giant smiles on our faces because of her, such a kind and nice person. It’s the people that give this hotel that extra star that made sure we will never choose another place to stay at when we return to Düsseldorf. It will always be our choice. All the best to the Hampton team, keep it going as you are right now, you are doing great.

Nothing to mention, everything is just perfect

Conveniently located, the room was both comfortable and modern—perfect for a brief stay. Despite concerns I had read about the WiFi, it functioned perfectly during our visit. The breakfast offered a satisfactory selection, with coffee, eggs, and fruits all meeting our needs. As we were only looking for a place to rest after a late flight, the hotel met our expectations adequately.

On the downside, the cleanliness of this hotel left much to be desired. We encountered hair scattered around the room, including on the towels. The shower area wasn't as clean as expected, and we noticed stains on some of the towels provided. While we'd like to think that the bed linen was fresh, it lacked that pristine feeling often associated with hotel bedding. Had our stay been longer than one night, we might have reconsidered our choice of accommodation.

The location is a block away from central train station and it's a fairly short way to the airport. Almost everywhere can quickly be reached by public transit quickly. Front desk is always open and staff is friendly. The breakfast is great. The room is large and a great value. The breakfast has a lot of options and they are good.

It's a bit hidden - the street address is for a street that's blocked for cars and its hard to see from the street closest to cars. There are also some construction barriers so if you're coming from the street you need to be on right side. Sometimes there can be a line at front desk or elevator.

The location was perfect, almost next to the central station within 3 minutes walk.The staff were really friendly and helpful with a shout out to the breakfast ladies! Even before our stay, the team readily answered all our questions on Booking.com. Breakfast was amazing because they have a waffle iron and switch up some dishes daily. Our room was next to the train rails we could hear the trains passing by quite often. The pillows were like super flat, so you have to stack them up or else it was not so comfortable. During our 2 night stay, the drunk neighbors keep trying to open our main door and the connecting doors inside the rooms for like 20 minutes eachtime during midnight. We could hear them trying to push-pull the door hardly and keep pushing the door handles, that was quite scary.

1) Location - it is so close to the main train station and walkable to many restaurants and malls. A police station is located between the train station and hotel so there's no concern about safety. 2) Breakfast - hotel serves quite a good variety of food and caters to international guests as well 3) Coffee/tea making - availability of hot water jug is most useful to guests and much appreciated

1) Room - tight space as a result of sofa bed being used as the third bed
