Breakfast was wonderful and offered little bit of everything - even vor vegans :) For scramble eggs you should ask, they prepared it fresh for us. Because of work on highway we were late and checked in late, very friendly staff/reception is open all night, also they have bar for guests :).

Totally empty bottle of body losion, little ones were expired. There was just one pair of slippers. I got discount when booking the room but still this little things can be annoying if you expect you'll have it. We stayed one night and it was Sunday so I didn't bother too much but maybe to check that little things if you offer them.

I waited at the reception for a long time. After a while, the barman came but he was not polite at all. He gave me a lower priced room instead of the room I booked through booking.com. He said that there was no room available despite my objection. Then the front desk staff came. He was more polite and understanding. When I asked him why I was not given the room I booked, he said that the room information on booking.com was wrong. It was not professional at all.

We chose this hotel because of its location: we did not plan to visit Munich, we just needed to stop somewhere along the way, and the intersection of autobahns 94 and 99 was perfect. Despite the proximity of the autobahn, the hotel was quite quiet. Externally the hotel looks like a guesthouse, but it is a real 4-star hotel. Our room was big and light, with a huge window. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. I should especially mention the breakfast, such a large and varied breakfast is rare.

The bed was too soft for my test and noisy. Сheap bed linen. The bathroom was small and not fully comfortable.

Everything was simply perfect. Family cosy with a very nice touch of design in every corner. Super confortable sleep, awesome breakfast (the kiwi jam was the cherry on the cake). Easy accessible from the highway. Short trip to Munchen. But, above everything was the hosts very friendly and respectful attitude. The check-out gift was an unexpected and high-quality surprise that we cherished back at home, reminding us of the perfect time spent at Arcus. Congratulations to the owners! Congratulations to the team taking care of such a gem! We'll definitely stop by each time our travels bring us around Munchen. Thank you for everything!

The Sauna was great and helpful to relax our muscles after several walking days! Evening and morning at 7:30 am also! We thank Arcus for these services! They provide towels and everything you need to relax. ☺️ We were warmed welcoming at the receptionist and advised. Wonderful breakfast, large buffet! In a delighted veranda! WE ENJOYED OUR STAY AND HAVE A GREAT BREAK TIME DURING OUR TRIP TO BAVARIA! WE RECOMMEND ARCUS 💯 !

Very rich and attractive breakfast (the salmon ran out in a blink of an eye, so we were probably to late for that :) ). Very clean, the hotel pays a lot of attention to cleanliness, including air purification, tv remote disinfection... even the cleaning lady was up very early, at 8.00 am she knocked on our door to start cleaning :) so we woke up too :)

The hotel informed us with a text message just after we booked (non refundable) that they are going to charge an extra 2,00 eur per person for hygiene surcharge. It was not a problem but it would have been right to inform us before booking, not after.

Very good family owned hotel. Welcoming and friendly. Nice rooms and the hotel has its own free parking space. Breakfast is really good and with that extra touch. Even if our room was facing the street we were not disturbed by traffic. The hotel has a wellness area with two saunas. Top rating, so nice and relaxing.

The cost is a bit pricy. Even if the hotel is very good it is in a small village some 20 km from the center of Munich.

We liked everything about this place. It was so quiet (far away from a big city, although that meant understanding the trains), and the design and amenities were fabulous, especially the breakfasts! Wow!!! Incredibly impressed. Loved the staff. They bent over backward to make our stay extraordinary. They take great pride in their facility and it shows!

Great location for me as I had my work in Parsdorf, just 5 minutes away with the car. Clean, quite, big private parking. Really GOOD breakfast. Nice bar with a good local beer, and if you want more - a restaurant with local food on the opposite side of the street, lust a minute walk.

nice, well maintained and clean. the hotel staff is friendly and helpful. great breakfast. it was a very nice stay. also have a nice sauna. make sure to check the correct address on the hotel website site. the one on booking.com is not fully correct.
