Hotel and check-in/check out procedure is great. We arrived at 4 a.m and hotel was open so we entered in and used password to open our room. For check out we just left room and it is it. Room is small but comfatable, worm and safe. Every day you can change towels and bed sheets, you just need to hang a tag outside of the door when you leave the room and it will be changed. S-Bahn station is 10 min walking from hotel and then quickly you can reach any place in the city. Near the hotel there are 2 markets, bakery and store with mixed goods. On Sunday nothing is working so you need to buy all you need until Saturday. Hotel is situated into industrial zone so nothing to see but close to highway. FFP2 masks are mandatory to public transport, museums, stores,… so you need to bring it with you all the time. We will came back again to this hotel.

In the room there is no fridge and shared kitchen can not be used so if you want to store perishable food or to use microwave, in this period due to Korona you can not do it. Our proposal for all new gests is to bring hand-held refrigerator with you or to park car outside and use it as fridge, no other possabilities.

Great location if you want to stop for a night and after continue your journey. It takes place on the outside ring of Munich and It is easy to reach from a highway. Shops, restaurants, bakery and lake are very close to the accommodation. It is easy to check in and out, good rooms and good price. With my family I stop here each year when we travel from Belgium to Croatia and back.

Last year it was very hot and I missed airco. But this year the temperature was ok and I didn't missed it at all.

The room for 3 people is small but clean, the beds are comfortable, there is free parking, and there are restaurants and bakeries nearby. The bathroom provides body soup and shampoo. There is a bus stop 200m away from the accommodation to the old city attractions. The staff are very nice, helpful and polite. They tried their best to find a laundry shop for me. There is a daily pass maximun for 5 people for all the bus and traffic which is very value for money.

Good value for money, everything was clean.

There is no staff to ask for help if things go wrong. We had a problem with the door handle, our pin was correct but had problem to twist door handle to open. We even asked one of the guests to try, he couldn’t open it either. We were lucky in the end but not having anyone in the hotel premises to ask if things go wrong is uncomfortable.

clean and tidy, good price. the bakery and supermarket in the ground floor was good for basics.

limited food facilities, small rooms. the PIN code to the rooms is both good and bad. The neighbour complaining that we were talking from 8am and the grumpy security guard who spoke to us. We never complained about the very noisy and drunken groups returning frequently at all odd hours of the morning!

Location is very convenient, just a 3 minutes from highway and you can reach central Munich in 20 minutes with S-bajn or in 15 minutes by car. Having diner cafe and supermarket make it even more convenient. Otherwise really quiet, clean and modern hotel.

Doors of the room and bathroom are reslly heavy. Impossible to be opened by children.

The location was nice. The bakery and Rewe next door were nice. Plus, the train station is a 20 minute walk away and a 25 minute train ride to the main Munchen train station.

I requested a baby crib online (Booking.com) and the hotel did not provide one. The front desk clerk was professional and nice but she was unable to assist and said the hotel did not receive my request.

The location, cleanliness and easy check-in were great. Great value for money. The location is especially good when travelling further and staying for one night. Room was clean and meets the description. Online checking in is easy. Free parking in the garage is also great.

The street is quite noisy at night and the room was very hot when we arrived as it was very warm outside.and the window was open.

Very close to the market and pastry which opens before 7am, you can have good coffee and breakfast. Rooms are clean, relatively small but with this price is it good too. Parking is not a problem, there are many places for parking.

Rooms might be bigger.

Very good for a family stop on the road trip. Very close to highway, very good value for money. You have to know that you need a car in order to reach a place to eat. Staff, heating, wifi, all good.

Nothing wrong really. You will need a car to have dinner, there is nothing else at walking distance.
