Definitely the regular room service. Though the downtown area is not good,filled with cracks and junkies but its a little down the road. So its not a problem and lots of different types of restaurants beside the hotel.

The older receptionist who basically stays at night. He is very rude and grumpy. He doesnt even like to answer. Whatever you ask, he will answer very rudely and will tell you to talk to the manager. NOT HIM.

Prime location. Easily accessible for shopping, restaurants and travels. Room is comfortable. Reception staff is very helpful in nature. River side and park are in walking distance to hang around. The Sarvana Bhuvan, an Indian restaurant is very much nearby to try south as well as north indian dishes.

There is breakfast service from 7 to 10 am, which makes a great satisfaction of my daily life. It is a great opportunity to access hotel in Frankfurt. Five minutes to arrive from main station to hotel.

I found that red ants are climbing over my bath basin. So I asked to front desk, however, they don't care about my complaints. When I took a shower in the morning, water is leaking from the surface of a wall even though shower curtain was drown.

Nice location and they have an elevator, which is very important because many visitors travel with heavy luggage. Friendly and helpful personnel.

We didn’t have any problems. The staff were very pleasant and helpful with everything, even the wake-up call on the morning that we left.

We didn’t have breakfast even though it was on the web page when I reserved the room and the noise from the Chinese restaurant next door up until 2am in the morning.

Right next to the Hauptbahnhof, very conveniet location. There are restaurants nearby and the city centre is not far on foot. The room is very confortable and the bathroom is not so small as in regular hotels.

The receptionist talked to me in Spanish when he saw my Brazilian passport. We speak Portuguese not Spanish in Brazil, but ok. Also for being near the Hauptbahnhof the street seems a little crusty and shady. Very overpriced, the place is comfortable but it could be at least half the price.

The hotel was 5 min walk form the main station, which we could reach from the airport in 15 mi by train. Friendly staff - let us check in before time as the room was already cleaned. Helpful and friendly. Spoke both English and French. Room was comfortable and clean. not luxury, but matched my expectations as it was a very reasonable price for the location.

The area of the hotel is quite rough and you see some walks of life that some people would most likely prefer not to meet. However, this was the case all around the central station, so if you are travelling by train there isn't really a way around it.

Concierge staff were friendly on arrival. Room was clean. Both stairs and elevators were available. Near Frankfurt bahnhopf and local shops. The later check out time towards 11.30am could be useful to some.

Small bar fridge appeared unplugged on arrival, but I had no use for it. It is a 3 star hotel, so no expectations above this should be entertained, & breakfast as advertised is required to be obtained elsewhere. City tax is collected by hotel rather than by booking.com in a prepayment. Wifi user and password is provided at concierge and had to be asked for it.

Basic value for the money....been to hotel about 4 times over the year never disappoints for what is offers

During the day the hotel is safe to get to from the Train Station 5 mins...At night once the sun goes down not so sure there are a lot of all types that just hang around this part of Frankfurt all times of the day are are really more scary looking then really a threat...I would not avoid this hotel because of it just be mindful that is all The hotel itself is very very safe

Good location, near to train station and good restaurants. perfect for a overnight stay in the city. Nothing to complain for the value i paid for one night. A safe location and has very good irish bar just across the road.

It met my expectations. so nothing to complain. I had zero expectation for the money I paid for 1 night. Out side the hotel area is not so clean and sometimes you can see homeless people around.
