Very friendly staff, clean hotel, there was a small fridge in the room and very close to the Frankfurt train station. Breakfast was very good, there is a charge.

The area was sketchy with people doing drugs and loitering on the street at all hours, the young man at the front desk warned us not to use an atm and to be cautious at night. Two blocks away the area was much nicer, but for two nights it was fine and the proximity to the train station was great. The bathroom wall is shaded glass so turning the light on in the middle of the night lights up the room when the other person is sleeping. .

Room is small but its ok , LOCATION is very very good & enjoyable Breakfask is OK , but very boring because of same items daily , NO ANY CHANGE IN BREAKFAST Location wise very good & excellant, but we need to be very safe because a lot of safety problem in this location. Over all for me its very good experience & good chance of exploring.

The hotel room was clean and well-equipped, with not much to complain about. The bed was comfortable, there was good Wi-Fi, a tasty breakfast, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of the railway station, financial district, and city center. This hotel is like the piece of oasis in this district.

This district, Bahnhofsviertel, is a sketchy area during the night. On the other hand, it needs to be said that this particular street, where the hotel is located, is not the worst and is just a few minutes on foot to the river area or the business district, which are safe. During the day, this street is calm with some good restaurants.

it is comfortable for one night staying. the room was clean and the staffs were friendly and caring. if you are not traveling with family, I strongly recommended it because it is just few meter away from main station.

I have read in many comments about room size. I totally agree that the room size is not as shown on the photos and king size room is not really king size. I am constantly traveling and I can easily understand this difference. however, I believe the owner can not do anything about it because the hotel has already been built :DDD. breakfast can be improved.

Near the main station and tram station going to the city center. This hotel is located in a chaotic street, but only a few minutes you can find the hotel and get into a totally different quiet safe space. Basic amenities and clean with air-condition. I chose economy single which looked like a box (tiny room) with no window in the attic. Elevator do not go to the floor. The room is only for a tiny person. This is not a bad thing, as I chose what I paid for. Next time I will reserve a better room in this hotel.

Not every staff member share the same level of information of hotel service. I asked to provide a formal statement at the previous night as I needed to leave early in the morning. I was told that they could not do it, but I found it later that they could. This is not crucial but ..... I hope that they could be more professional, as this hotel is really decent.

The hotel location is good, not too far from centrum and easy to come to from airport. We were on third floor, windows facing the street and it was calm and silent. Some reviews said that the area isn’t the best and nights are restless but we didn’t really notice that. There were some suspicious people walking around late in the evening but they didn’t disturb us. Our room and others spaces were clean and nice. Good breakfast. The staff is great and helpful, especially the breakfast lady who was so kind to us and everyone else. AC was huge bonus since it was quite warm during our stay.

Great little budget hotel with easy access to the HBf (2 mins). Excellent breakfast, comfy beds and everything except a room kettle. Good soundproofing - heard nothing from outside or in. Short walk from the Museum quarter over the river and about ten minutes to the Altstadt. Brilliant value.

There's a clear window from the bed into the bathroom, so unless you are sharing with a partner, you will need to be happy with someone watching you sit on the loo or use the (excellent) shower.

The hotel itself was clean and comfortable despite its surroundings, and it's near the main train station with good connections, walkable too. Many convenient food options near the hotel.

The location near the main station seemed a bit shady and there were a lot of homeless people along the way, also walked past a whole group of them with someone who seemed to be dealing amongst them too (or this could be my active imagination 🤷).

The rooms could have been a bit cleaner, but not bad. Sheets and beds were clean, but I dropped something on the floor and there was trash from other guests under the bed. Not a big deal, but not what you want to find.

Perfect for an overnight stay in downtown Frankfurt with a flight out of FRA the next morning. Airport hotels are really isolated and if they have free airport shuttles, they suck. From the train station (5 min walk from the hotel) you can catch a S-Bahn every 15 min for a 20 min ride. Close enough to Oldtown (Roemer, Main, Altstadt) to walk, many interesting restaurants right around the hotel. Modern rooms with everything you need, even a small fridge and very comfy beds. My room was very small, so this is best for a stay where you don't plan to spend much time in the room. Excellent windows, even though the street is very busy you do not hear anything inside. AC works well. Breakfast is excellent

The neighborhood around the hotel is a bit rough. Lots of transients and street people around. I would avoid walking here late at night
