The location was brilliant as I needed to use the Frankfurt HBF each day. Although it was over the Christmas period, there were plenty of eating places available - local restaurants and a big variety at the railway station. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable.

The woman on reception told me to take the lift to the second floor with my suitcase when I arrived, but the lift button for the second floor wasn't working. I had to go to the first floor and carry my suitcase up the stairs. When I reported that later, the receptionist said they knew already and were waiting on a new button to repair it. The lighting in the room was very dim - no central light, just wall and bedside lamps. I found it hard to read at night, and when I wanted to use the coffee machine (which was new to me and had no instructions for use), I had to use the lamp in my mobile phone to be able to see what to do.

An excellent location just 3 minutes walk from the station. Perfect for a one night stopover. While the outside of the hotel may look rather ordinary, the rooms are spacious, well decorated and most comfortable. A large bathroom with a good shower. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

While it didn’t bother us (we had earplugs!) the hotel is on a tram route. We periodically heard the distinctive clank of a passing tram before going to sleep, but thereafter we were quite undisturbed. It might be worth asking for a quiet room (we were on the top floor and this probably helped.

Location is very nice and so convenient bcz it is very close to the centre station. Room is clear and suitable. There are different staffs who works on the differnet day. The man at the 1st & 2nd day that we went is very kindly l, friendly and so warm, but the woman is not good, she is not friendly. When we was trying explain about reason why we asked like this, she didnot cooperate and gave us the aggressive attitude.

The woman staff is not friendly. She need to control her attitude with customers

The hotel is located a couple of minute's walk from the main station and has a tram stop nearby. This was very useful as on each day of our stay we took a train to nearby cities. All interactions with staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was generous with a good selection of juices, cereals, breads, yoghurts, cooked items, and cold serves. The bed was very comfortable but deserved a better pillow. Reception and dining areas were welcoming. There were several cafes and restaurants within 200 meters in either direction.

Hotel was exactly as described on the booking site, so there were no surprises. Some variety in pillow size and type would be useful. "Dislikes" were related to hotel surrounds. The footpaths near the hotel were often uncomfortable to negotiate as the nearby corner seemed to have developed into a noisy meeting place, and groups of young men made passage difficult.

The location was perfect if using the train or flixbus. I did some day trips to nearby cities and it was so convenient. It’s just a few blocks from the river. The room was clean, AC and WIFI worked and there’s an elevator. I stayed 5 nights there. I feel the place was very good for the price. I didn’t eat breakfast there so I can’t comment on that but there are lots of restaurants within a block or two. It’s a very busy area. The staff were so helpful at all times. I would definitely stay there again. Room was as seen in pic.

Sure there are some homeless and such as mentioned by others but not in front of the hotel. And I felt safe as a female staying in that area. I walked around after dark but usually not after 11pm therefore there were always lots of people around making it feel all the safer.

The hotel is very close to the train station which is a bonus when catching an early morning train. I felt very safe in the hotel. The front desk clerk was confident, capable, and accommodating. My room was very clean and perfect for a one night stay.

This is not the fault of the hotel but the area is a little sketchy with drug users and homeless people. Although, there are also a lot of commuters and travelers in the neighborhood which makes the neighborhood feel safer during daylight hours. I did not venture out after dark so I can’t speak about the safety of the environment later at night.

Nice breakfast and great breakfast staff. The location is as safe as can be expected for a neighborhood close to the Main train station. It is locked at night, but accessible with your room key card. Tghe front desk staff are very friendly, helpful & polite.

The bathroom was very nice, but the toilet was a bit too close to the sink, so a large visitor would find it tight. I'm sure every bathroom is different and, based on my experience with the staff, I'm sure the hotel would accommodate any room changes or needs.

Location is steps away from the train station, so it's great for an quick overnight stay. It's also near a bunch of Turkish restaurants and barber shops if you need that. They gave me a high-floor room which was really nice and relatively quite. You could still hear the trains but not the cars and hobos.

As with all hotels near the frankfurt central train station, the neighborhood is crawling with homeless and junkies. I Wouldnt stay here for a romantic holiday or if you're trying to impress a special friend, but if you just need a place to crash this place is the best one I've tried in this neighborhood.

Best most comfortable bed and pillows, after a long haul flight.

Obviously the location is conveniently close to the train station, however it was a rough area, necessary to keep your wits about you and be vigilant of pick-pockets (not a reflection of the hotel itself, in fact at the entry there was a warning sign about keeping your eyes on bags etc...). Also the local bars are open all night with music pumping til 3am. I sleep with ear plugs, but if you don't and are expecting a restful sleep, consider ear plugs or headphones.

The room was very comfortable and the staff were highly accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. I liked having a place to park my hire car away from public eyes!

The parking is down a fairly steep ramp, within a very tight area - and the parking spaces are quite tight too. This was an issue when there were three cars and a motorbike all trying to move around. This is not the hotel's fault, but the area wasn't a particularly nice one unfortunately. However, once through the hotel doors it was like a safe haven.
