Have stayed in this hotel before and I knew that it would be good. It's fairly modern, it's clean, comfortable and convenient with good ambience. The restaurant staff are just great and very accommodating and the food is well done although the menu is not spectacular. WIFI service was great.

The hotel needs to upgrade provisions for all the devices that travellers take with them these days. My wife and I travel with a total of 6 devices (cell phones, tablets, speakers......) that need USB ports for over-night charging plus we have laptop PC's. While our laptops can be plugged into standard electrical receptacles for re-charging there aren't any USB ports in the rooms for the other devices and it was a real challenge to get all devices and device chargers plugged in for re-charging and meant we had to swap devices in and out for charging. There is an Ethernet (pretty certain) connection but I have no idea what network (usually a Local Area Network) that would be used for. This is probably an out-dated technology provision. WIFI service was good however.

The hotel is pleasant overall, located in a location quite close to the airport and is suitable for a quick stay of a few days. We appreciated the fact that the breakfast is varied and the food is tasty. Although they do not offer water in the room, there is a small "shop" at the reception where you can buy almost any kind of drink and snacks.

Rooms are quite small and they lacked bottled water in the rooms.

Rooms were nice and clean , there was a fridge and a kettle. Bathroom was clean and well designed. If you are traveling by car, it takes around 15 min to get to the center.There is a large supermarket just across the street.

The rooms facing the main street are nice and bright but on the other side of the hotel the rooms are facing a cemetery but we had the room changed when asking.

Have been staying at this property for more than 5 years, it's like a home to me. Breakfast is quite a good spread, rooms are comfortable, the best thing is this property has Parking for cars . Staff very much caring, location is pretty near to the airport , also not far off from the city centre. All in all a good value for money.

there's nothing that I didnt like.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This made the stay a positive experience. Overall the hotel met our expectations and was great for a one night stay to see a concert. A little far to walk back from the arena though, especially late at night. The S8 tram is very close though, so recommend this even if you need to wait for the return trip. Parking access was easy.

no water in the room. When asked in the reception, the staff said that you can only pay for water and the cost was 7€!! for a small bottle. (which is ridiculous). When paying, as we paid with card the staff suddenly change his mind and say is 3€… Very upsetting as he clearly wanted to scam us.. Hope the hotel takes care of these details seriously.

Room is excellent designed with lots of room to store luggage. Bathroom has lots of space to put personal things. A supermarket right opposite. Beds were comfortable. Parking the car was possible nearby for free. Minibar fridge was quite handy because we stayed for 5 days.

Nothing to complain.

Really good selection at breakfast. Great juicy chunks of pineapple and melon, fresh grapes. Lovely german rolls. Good cooked breakfast though I didn't try it. Lovely view to the mountains in the distance from my room. Very convenient for seeing my relatives. Also really near Niederrad Station, very quick journey from there to the main Frankfurt station. Also close to trams and buses

Receptionists on the day I arrived were not friendly and very officious. But the ones the rest of my stay were friendly and efficient. On arrival my room was missing soap and shampoo. Quickly sorted out

My daughters were going to a concert so location of hotel was perfect for this reason, within walking distance, ,area was peaceful very clean and tidy , to get into city centre, required public transport though, ,tram was only a few minutes walk from hotel ,we opted for taxi costing about 20euros all in all it was an enjoyable experience and stay

Hotel was a bit out of the way ,as there wasn't much to do or see in the area ,but location suited for what we had travelled for

Clean and very comfortable room. The room is not very big but big enough for a night or two. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Great breakfast (pay extra or book with room). Convenient parking in a parking garage attached to the hotel (extra cost). Convenient location to the airport and free shuttle from the airport (extra cost for shuttle to the airport). Grocery stores and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Staff was helpful and professional.

Only one complaint: In the middle of the night and from time to time there was a knocking in the walls, possibly from the pipes? Not sure and they eventually ceased but that could be a problem for a light sleeper.
