This is my 4th time at this place.. do i need say more? Location is excellent if you have to go to Messe Frankfurt.. walk or take the metro.. just a station away. The breakfast too is quite well organised.

I had a room on the top floor. The water supply was erratic. I complained once but was told there is nothing wrong. The irritating thing is you need to go down 7 floors to complain since there are no phones in the room. And the reception desk is always busy, which means you take 15 minutes to make a complaint... Other than that, the room had a wonderful view and beautiful sunsets.

The location is very close to the main train station if you want to walk as well as the city center. You can also avoid the walk by taking the S-Bahn or U-Bahn straight to the station from the stop right on the corner (<100 meters) from the front door. The staff was very friendly, we asked them to help us print a document that we needed for our travel and they did no questions asked. The rooms are small, but comfy and very clean. In our case there was a column right smack in the middle which took some space, but since we only needed to sleep in the room, it was not a problem. If you are traveling and forgot, shampoo, etc, no problem, you can find them in your bathroom, which was pristine clean and with fresh towels. Price wise, it was very accessible, though I know you can probably find something cheaper somewhere else.

The facilities are a little bit ran down, probably due to the high number of guests that the hostel has. Some things, like the coffee machine in the lobby was not working and you could find empty or half eaten fast food scraps/boxes in the lobby. I understand that, those were left there by the guests, but it gave me a very bad first impression. The fact that they were still there late at night just made it worst, reason why the cleanliness score went down. COVID regulations were, in theory, mandatory in the facilities, but in reality, more of an optional situation, which does make you a little bit uneasy.

The bed was the most comfortable bed I ever slept on in the hotel. Pillow and duvet were comfortable too. Big bed, clean room and bathroom Pets welcome

Location : it was in the center of Frankfurt, very small parking- difficult to find and we had to pay additional fee for parking No kettle ( coffee, tea, ..) in the room, which was very disappointing. Outside area looked very "dodgy", dangerous, next to the train station, my window was facing train station, noisy street Heating was on ( January, when outside temperature was around 6-10C), radiators were boiling hot and I could not turn the heating down /off. I had to keep windows open, but because of the train station next to us, it was difficult to sleep. This is dog friendly hotel, but had very small "green" space in front of the hotel for dog walking.

Everything was okay, hostel wise, you get a towel and a metal box to store your belongings. Don't forget to bring earplugs, Powerbank, and a good lock.

8/10 for this: VERY UNDERSTAFFED, The insane long line to check-in (it took >30min) , for my entire stay this point didn't improve. given the high volume of check ins and teenagers running everywhere. It's understandable that the staff are frustrated and tired. I don't blame them.

The woman at the reception was very nice when I asked her if I could switch room because of a problem with another guest. The common areas are ok and confy

The kitchen was very small and quite dirty, it had no ventilation so it was really hot. The location is ok because in 10 min you are in the central square by bus, but it was not a very nice headquarter, its close to a train station

Location is very central but far away from mess of HBF. Tram station is very nearby. Rooms are sufficiently equipped.

Check in experience. It took almost 1.5 hours to check in. Actually I reached half an hour early but the staff refused to check me in early. And later it was long line. They could have started check in early to avoid this. Also check in process has to be made faster. Whatever details they asked me to fill in, i already gave it while booking.

Good personal, clean and quiet place. Really close to the metro station and stores.

It’s too hot during summer, as there are not air-conditioners installed in the rooms, and it’s also too noisy in the rooms on the front façade because of the vicinity and the short distance to the main streets.

I liked that our room (133) had it's own WC and a shower. only for the 4 of us. I don't know if it's like that with all rooms. It had a good wifi and it was generally clean. everything else I liked. even the pillows - usually hostels have those stupid soft-as-paper pillows, and this one was a decent one

the main problem was the window to the street - lots of noise until 1-2am. if it's not summer, then you can at least close it. I also didn't like that the two beds in the room were touching together, as if it was a twin bed. it's ok if you're a couple or friends, so you can surely sleep in this way. but if you don't know the other person, it's kind of weird...... the other was a bunk bed.

I was very impressed by the staff, who work in the structure, I was in the internet area late at night, I saw the staff never stop, always devote themselves to customers, and always to fix, the girl who did the night shift, never stops, and I was struck by her devotion to the work she did and the love for the structure, Always available, when I asked him for something to give me like the towel, she gave me with a smile

Nothing to complain about, the structure is organized well, everything works well
