The room and bathroom were good and comfortable. Receptionists were pleasant and helpful. Good location, next to S-bahn station from where you can directly reach the city center in no time. Very close to the Franfkurt Fair for those coming for it. Being close to a running train station, it was unexpectedly very quiet. So, do not worry about noise disturbances. The hotel offers paid parking, but you'll very often find a free parking space just below the railway bridge right next to the hotel.

The staff responsible for breakfast and the bar in the morning looked very unhappy and unprofessional. Breakfast itself was extremely poor both in quality and variety. Room cleanliness staff were not cleaning the room daily as expected, neither leaving clean towels. They once knocked on the door and asked if we needed new towels, and that was the only interaction in 5 days.

A very nice interior hotel, very clean and feel of good quality furniture and fittings. Separately can mention a good mattress which was a positive surprise!

Lack of bathroom sanitary set, not sure of the cost but I did expect to find atleast simple earbuds and hand cream for the price. The breakfast - good inquality, but set up an variety for the small amount of guests staying on Monday was poor, cold meal, but baked cruasant whare good!. Recomendation - when a few guest stay - suggest cook to order meals.

Only downside is how close it is to the railway, not something that can be helped and great for business but if your a light sleeper you will hear the trains

Its a great value for money. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is great, only one stop with the S-Bahn to the main central station. The staff was very kind and helpful. I'd recommend this place.

The location is very convenient, but the view is to the railwail. For someone who's expecting a view, maybe it's not the best choice 🙂 There weren't any towels rails in the bathroom, which would be more comfortable.

Breakfast was limited but considering the price paid certainly acceptable. Bed and shower were good. There was a restaurant (pizzeria) open until 11PM but as we already had pizza the evening before we went for dinner elsewhere.

The staff were wonderful, the overall environment and atmosphere was lovely and the hotel was clean and well presented. The prices were very fair for what we received.

very new and modern in building with character. across the street is bakery for breakfast. windows are really sound proof.

Location is alright, right next to the Galluswarte station. Can't hear a thing though when the windows are closed. Bed was very comfortable and room had a decent size. Bathroom had a nice rain shower

Staff was nice and the check in/ check out process was quick and simple. Rooms we’re clean and it’s a 5 minute train trip from the hbf while still being in a slower, quieter environment.
