Breakfast was good

Booking.com showed airport shuttle however when I tried to arrange pick up they said it was for drop of only. They did give directions to the hotel and bus cost. However the drop off back to the airport had to pre-book and there was no mention of charge. On departure I was told I had to pay Eur 8. Your bookingvsute makes no mention that airport shuttle are not free, this also happwhen I stayed at Radisson frankfurt Airport. In future any bookings i make will be on no charge for cancelation so I can get the right information. I've had too many nasty surprises with information not divulged

We took the bus from the airport to the hotel which was FREE of charge and we also took the bus when we returned to the airport the next day which was FREE of charge again.The room was much bigger than we expected (large room) with a balcony and large windows and very clean. Breakfast was buffet style with a large selection of different foods from eggs to a variety of meats and also hot and cold cereals and at least 4 different kinds of bread, cheeses and yogurt , also included jam and honey.Hot drinks and cold drinks. It was only 15 minutes away form the airport via public transit. Last but not least, It was a great value for the money. I would highly recommend it, you won't be disappointed . It also had great internet service.

The check-in procedure was quick and easy, the room was very large with a comfy bed and decent bathroom. I was late to breakfast so most of the good stuff was gone but I could still have had a decent amount to eat.

Not a lot, given the location and price. It's perhaps not a place you'd stay for an extended visit to Frankfurt but ideal for a one-night stay and a concert at the Jahrehunderthalle

I stayed here for 2 separate nights, on the way to and from the airport. The hotel is conveniently located and the availability of the hotel shuttle, at a very reasonable cost, is a real advantage. On the second stay I was upgraded to a suite. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast is served from 6am - earlier if you really need it. The buffet has a wide range on offer.

The hotel feels rather tired. The restaurant was closed when I was there, although there are other possibilities nearby. On my first stay, the Wifi didn't work very well although it was better in the second room.

I travelled with my family including my infant son. We preordered a crib and it was in the room. We really cared about the shuttle from the airport. When we arrived we called (after having proper instructions) and the shuttle arrived within 15 minutes at the established location. Amazing breakfast, rich, and comfortable, we enjoyed it very much. The room was spacious with big king size bed. The sofa for our older son was already set with the bedsheets. Nice place to spend the night between flights. The shuttle service was the key for us. We had luggage and getting to and from the hotel was our main concern. 10-15 min ride.

No AC, we were in one of the hottest days of the summer. I'm sure the rest of the year would be fine. We opened the windows and towards the second half of the night got much cooler. Because of that we got some smells at night from steaming factory in a distance. Older building but clean and neatly maintained.

Perfect location for my visit to Frankfurt. Public transport highly recommended. The main bus route is literally right outside the hotel entrance. There's a grocery store also just outside the hotel, a REWE. All you need for your stay. The hotel staff were all exceptionally friendly and welcoming. There are a number of restaurants and takeaways in the area. Although the hotel does seem to have a restaurant on the ground floor, it is rather vague as to whether it opens at all for service. Bar drinks are available from the reception desk, which is open 24 hours. There is a seperate area on the first floor which accommodates the breakfast catering. Very impressive breakfast, wide range to choose from. Fresh bread rolls, a variety of breads for toasting, waffles with numerous toppings, different jogurts, cereal, hot and cold sausages, eggs... List goes on and on! You won't be disappointed or go hungry that's for certain. Of course plenty of coffee, herbal teas and fresh juices.

There was nothing I didn't like. This hotel was perfect for my personal needs throughout my visit.

good location close to the airport

when exiting the hotel a young guy at the desk asked us 4euros for tourist tax ?! we gave it to him doubting that it was legitimate ?! we checked later and that tax was already billed in our booking !!!! 4 euros is not a lot but I don’t like to be taking advantage off if it’s not billed in ?!!!

I did not have breakfast put got a pizza the night before right across the street there is a nice restaurant for food. The store right next door was a good spot to load up on chocolates. The airport shuttle was nice, and cheap also. $8.00

Staff are always welcoming and helpful...love staying here because of homely style and excellent location....good breakfast...also supermarket next door...walk along the river and in the village...transport possibilities good

I like the recepcionist’s attention, my wife forgot her coat in the room, I called from the airport and very kindly asked me to send an Email with all my information so that coordinate her shipment to my residence address, which am I doing. As long as I visit Frankfurt this will be my hotel. Thanks.
