Breakfast was very good quality and excellent value at 12 Euros. The room appeared to be brand new and was very clean. The bathroom was nice and I liked the shower controller as it was very easy to get a perfect temperature. Beds were comfortable with nice cotton sheets.

I think the ability to get boiled water would be good for late night arrivals. The restaurant has an automatic coffee and hot chocolate machine, but we really wanted a hot cuppa tea and our only hot water option was warm water from the tap. Also, the shuttle bus drop off is 300m away from the door and it goes past the hotel to get to the drop off point. We had a fair bit of luggage, so this wasn't as easy as it could have been. In wet or icy weather the drop-off location would be a problem.

The hotel looks brand new, with great decoration and all-new furniture. Standard room layout, with comfortable beds and a great shower. Staff was really friendly and attentive. The breakfast (paid separately) was good and had options for dietary restrictions. There is a shuttle to take you from/to the airport.

Check-out time is a bit early, and there is no luggage storage room if we need more time until going to another destination. The blackout curtains let a lot of sunlight bleed through, making the room bright once the sun is up - bring your sleep masks.

hotel was great for airport overnight. On an industrial estate so much quieter than close to the airport. Even had a full length window to open for fresh air. Shuttle bus to the airport only Euro 5. Very comfy bed and nice spacious room

on arrival in the eveneing, I couldnt find the shuttle bus and phoned the hotel but no one picked up. The bus picks up from an unusual place away from other buses so extremely difficult to find and no info on the website. Now I know where it is I woulod recommend getting the pick up point from the hotel before going there.

Great new building next to a parking garage and a beautiful little park across the street to go for a stroll after a long day of flying. Rooms were very clean (brand new) and modern, comfortable even with kids.

Since the property just opened a week or so prior to our arrival the automated check in didn't work yet and neither did the restaurant in the evening. Since we didn't have a car and got a shuttle ride, dining options/shops are limited in the area within walking distance but it's great for a rest between transfers.

The location was excellent, very close to the airport, the hotel was super clean and new. The room for our family was an excellent size with a separate room for the parents. Our dog was welcome and the staff was very nice and informative. Will stay here again for sure!

Choice of food isn't very readily available. We drove around looking for restaurants but you are in a suburbish type area. Suggest getting some items at the grocery store to tide you over.

Nice new modern hotel close to Frankfurt airport. Clean rooms and lovely common areas.

Front desk staff were confused and contradictory. The first person I asked about late checkout told me it was no problem and just to leave when ready. Half an hour later another person knocked on our door and scolded us for staying past checkout time and that it would cost 15€ for a late checkout (which I was never charged for).

Very close to Frankfurt Airport, the receptionists were friendly, clean and quiet environment. The only downside was having to pay for snacks from the vending machine individually and with card! That makes no sense to me because all the snacks and drinks are in one vending machine, so why should I conduct separate transactions in one vending machine? Other than that, the hotel is very okay, I recommend.

my room was very clean. they provide shuttle to and from the airport, for €5. quiet. robot servers at the restaurant.

pick up location for shuttle was a bit confusing, as i wasn’t very familiar with FRA airport. but just ask where the medical centre is, you’ll easily find it.

Very comfortable location. Needed to stay overnight somewhere near Frankfurt Airport with a quick access to terminals by car and it was the best choice: clean and comfortable room, calm location and 5 minutes of drive to terminal.
