This is an excellent choice for an airport hotel. The Shuttle was on time (both from and to the airport), convenient and the pick-up at the airport was easy to find with accurate instructions from the hotel. The staff at the hotel were very professional and courteous. The room was spacious, with a window that opened, a comfortable bed and a very good shower. There is a very pleasant outdoor terrace adjacent to the bar/dining room.

It was very hot outside and the air conditioning in the room did not seem to be very effective. I did not look into it, as it was late, and so don't know if it could have been resolved. While the meal I had at the restaurant was good (I had the cheeseburger), there are few options on the menu, especially if you don't feel like meat.

The shuttle service makes very favorable access to the airport, S-Bahn, main rail, city of Frankfurt and beyond. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and have coffee makers in them. Dinner service and the bar are very good and open quite late. I never had breakfast here as I prefer to be up and out but it looked nice. Early check in was a pleasant bonus. Staff from desk to cleaners were all super friendly and helpful. If you want to stretch your legs, there are a few eating places within walking distance, ranging from an Asian imbiss to an Italian (checkout Google maps when you're settled). Plenty of parking space underground.

The rooms are nicely laid out with comfy beds and in room coffee. The Shuttle bus to Frankfurt airport is so convenient that we have stayed at this hotel each time we fly out of FRA. The hotel has a good restaurant and a relaxing “Mediterranean Terrace” for meals and drinks. Be aware that the airplanes fly overhead and are loud if you are outside. But the soundproofing is great so we don’t hear the planes once we are inside the hotel. We like to walk and this last time we had a free afternoon to walk to the nearby town of Kelsterbach, they have a nice little area on the Mainz river to relax with a drink. Coffee, tea, apples and treats are available at the reception /lobby area. A nice touch that we appreciate.

The shuttle bus was a bit hard to find at the airport but once found was an amazing perk! I took it 4 times during my 24 hour stay. My room was amazing with comfy bed and lots of space. Rain shower in the bathroom was a great added bonus. I payed 30 Euros extra for early check in as my flight landed at 8AM and check in wasn't until 3PM, whilst expensive this was so worth it.

I couldn't work out how to order room service , it looked as though this had to be booked in advance. I couldn't see any shops around the hotel, so I would suggest eating in the city or bringing food back to the hotel as the restaurant looked quite expensive.

Very nice design and appearance

Our room refrigerator was broken and safe was locked- neither were usable. Told both housekeeping and front desk. Nothing was fixed while we were there. Shower drain cover not attached and other issues in the otherwise clean and nice room. Some of the staft came across as disinterested. The airport shuttle service can only drop you off at arrivals so it’s rather inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage or little kids. Overall it’s convenient to the airport which is the only reason to stay here.

Staff very friendly. We were able to check in early and that allowed us to take an earlier train into Frankfurt for sightseeing. The room was large and had a safe, coffee maker, kettle, and mini refrigerator. The WiFi signal wasn’t all that great and at times dropped out. There’s supposedly A/C but it didn’t seem to do anything. It was cooler opening the window. The view from our window overlooked a loading dock and shipping pallets, but we didn’t stay at the hotel for the view. There was free shuttle service to/from terminal 1 at the airport.

Dinner and breakfast were decent but could be improved. I had a Wiener Schnitzel and the meat was too tough. The wheat beer was fresh. You can order free sparkling wine at the breakfast restaurant.

We had dinner in the hotel and conversed with the waiter, who has been very nice to us. Comfortable bed, clean room, excellent for a flight the next morning. Good price for the quality

We tried to call the reception from the room but the first time nobody replied. We tried again an hour later and it worked. We asked for some Korean coffee pads and they accepted the request but sent us to the restaurant to get them. At the restaurant, they had no idea, but our favorite waiter saved the day

The staff was very warm, friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean. The restaurant had a nice variety of food and the terrace was open. The shuttle service was on time and it came often. It dropped us off at T1. If your destination is T2 then you’d have to take a 7 min airport shuttle. The room itself was simple and clean equipped with a Nespresso machine. I liked that I could open the window wide to let fresh air in. This isn’t often the case in most hotels.

NH Hotel Airport is a very good hotel for the night before departure home. I must call out the delicious meal we had at their hotel restaurant, one of the better schnitzels we had during our entire stay in Germany! The shuttle service was very good and easy to use. The room was very clean and quite comfortable. A step above the typical airport hotel, and one I would use again.

Although typical for an airport hotel, be aware that there is really no place to take a walk.
