We really enjoyed breakfasts. Hotel is at a silent place (don't be afraid of trains from one side, main street from the second, we did not register them even with opened window). Indian restaurant/better bistro just next to the hotel. Wifi pretty fast and reliable. We didn't use parking at hotel. Public transport connection is good (5 minutes of walking + 20 minutes by S-bahn to the center, goes every 10-15 minutes during the day, less frequently even during the night), but in our case did not operate (Aug 2023) because of some rail reconstruction, in this case it was 5+5min every 15minutes+40 minutes of next travel, bus which went every 20 minutes (approx. 1.5 hour to the center). So if you want to rely on public transport, check MVV for exceptions. We used city card - pass for 5 people for 4 days, cost approx. 50 EUR.

We were pretty fine with everything. Maybe, as extra - make possible reservation for a parking slot (we used P+R, so didn't need it).

Clean room, polite staff, very nice waitress in the breakfast cafe The temperature was perfect and the duvets have a nice solid weight to them. Pillows were great also-- a very big deal for us! Things were in great working order-- elevators, etc. That was outdoor parking just in front of the hotel for 4 eurio per night. (We preferred that over the covered parking for 12 euro per night.) Breakfast was 12 euro per person. Not bad because they offer HOT scrambled eggs & plain, whole yogurt!! Missing: bacon or sausage or ham or NON-UTH milk for the coffee (ultra-pasturized tastes pretty crappy when you know what normal pasteurized or raw taste like!). But generally, decent for "Munich pricing."

The location of the hotel is perfect. Very close to Oktoberfest grounds. The room size is very huge and very clean. The bathroom is very clean. Housekeeping is very good. Breakfast was good with various options. There is a nice Turkish restaurant next to the hotel which was recommended by the hotel staff for dinner. I enjoyed my stay and will come back next year.

There was a lot of noise at night coming from the other rooms. I believe the other hotel guests were intoxicated at the Wiesn and they were playing loud music in their room and singing along from around 1am until 3am. Fully understood though that it was the Oktoberfest fever :-)

We stayed just for one night, but everything was fine. I appreciate window curtains which can prevent any light from the outside, comfy bed, a lot of power plugs, spacious room with usefull table, wardrobe, strong hangers. As we were traveling on motorcycle, garage place for 8 EUR was great option (even despite the area doesnt look dangerous, in case garage would be full, I would not be afraid to leave the bike in front of the hotel). You get what you pay for.

We spent a night at this hotel travelling home from Slovenia. The family room was spacious and clean. We had our dog with us and she was also very welcome. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent with a huge choice. The hotel is located in a none central and none residential part of the city but that was exactly what we wanted so we could stop and continue our journey the next day.

We had a little issue with parking, as we had a roof bot which did not fit the underground parking. The parking outside the hotel is extremely limited and due to one customer using 2 parking spaces we could not find parking. But staff offered us a parking space behind the hotel. Which was not an official parking spot. So it was resolved. Everything else was great.

The room was clean. Location is closed enough to the supermarket and tram station, it has (limited) parking places. Free coffee and tea during the day in the lobby of the hotel. A restaurant is near by with affordable prices and good meal.

We'd love to have a mini fridge in the room.

The hotel was well located, had many supermarkets and restaurants closeby. Parking was great, and easy access to the S-Bahn.

Nothing, everything we needed was provided by the hotel. We needed a 1 night stay, close to Munich, that was reasonably priced for a family of 4.

The room was very specious, with two big beds. It was clean, comfortable. I recommend this place. Tv doesn’t have Netflix or internet connection, but that’s only information for others, personally I didn’t care :) It is also very close from main train and bus station.

The Staff weren’t all nice if you do not speak Deutsch but the facilities are great and the room is also good it is a good hotel for its money value if you aren’t booking it in summer as it has heaters but no air conditioning

The hotel is great. The beds are pretty comfortable, they have good towels and you can drink free coffee at the reception.

The hotel is far away from the city center. But that is a bus stop and a train a few minutes away on foot.
