I liked everything. It was especially pleasant to me, as a smoker, to have a private balcony in the most budget room. I travel from Ukraine to Europe and back for military support, and I have to choose the most profitable housing options, since I have to change up to 7 hotels in one trip. This hotel is good, the staff knows the guests by name and the receptionist was already waiting for me when I just opened the hotel door and remembered my name, although it is very difficult to pronounce for him)). There are a couple of things that could be fixed - this is coffee at breakfast and paid Parking. Yes, they have a good underground Parking, but paying 7 euros per night is very expensive when you go on business and almost without money). I usually park my car in free parking lots, most often there is such a place in the backyard of hotels, and if not, then you can put it next to the hotel on the street. There is no such possibility here, you have to pay 7 euros per night. Thus, the room cost me not 48 euros, but 55. But everything was convenient. And I was 100% sure that my car was fine. They also have a very tasty, plentiful and varied breakfast. Excellent menu. But don't forget to fix the coffee! He's just like water ((. Thanks for the overnight stay!

Almost everything was very nice, nothing to complain much. Especially I must appreciate the professionalism of the man in the reception (he is from Croatia, as I remember), very very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was not up to the mark as there is a room to improve in terms of item selection. The hotel is too far from the airport. It's difficult for a newcomer to reach to the hotel. Booking.com should allow the hotel authority to explain how the guests can travel from airport to the hotel in details like, which train to take, which station to get off and which bus number goes to the hotel from the station. It's a request to Booking.com to not only look at their business but at the same time, look at the convenience of the tourists. Once these information are in hotel description, it becomes very easy and worry-free to travel to the hotel.

I stayed two nights in this hotel during my short visit to Munich. Hotel check-in really smooth with less documentation. Room facilities was very good than I expected. Had a balcony as well. Located in a very convenient easy to find place. Even it is little away from MünchenHbf S bhan and a Bus service is available frequently to bring you to the city. Breakfast is available and the buffet was very good and worth for the price I paid. Breakfast had multiple food items, hot and cold beverages etc. Hotel owner is very friendly and supportive. Highly Recommend.

My room did not have a room heater. It was bit cold during the night. However it was manageable.

It is as lovely old hotel, beautifully decorated , spacious rooms, lovely garden area, on site Italian restaurant seves very good food but it is closed on Mondays, good bus and train service to the city , nice and quiet neighbourhood, on-site parking

Breakfast is pretty basic, our only problem we had were with the bed pillows, there is only one pillow per person and what is supplied are of terrible quality and need renewing .no tea and coffee acailable In the room , no self serve laundry as advertised.but overall it was a very nice place to stay.

The staff were incredible. They were informative about onward travel as well as nearby facilities. The room with balcony was perfect for us to prepare for a wedding nearby. Feeling much gratitude to all those that made our stay very special and memorable.

The rain was sad but didn't prevent full enjoyment.

Thanks a lot for the guy at reception who waited for me despite my late arrival after 22:00, so I could get a key for my room with no troubles. That was really nice 😊

Unfortunately not all lights were working in my room and there was no hair dryer, so I had to ask for it in the morning. but I received it fast, so just not a big problem

The location is in walking distance ( approx 20 min ) from railstation, you can take a bus too. The rooms are simple but nice and clean, the are is quiet. Bus station is 50 meters from the door. The hotel offers small but fresh breakfast. Every room has a small balcony.

Tho rooms don't have fridge. The doors to the floors are not well isolated, therefore late coming gustes might disturb you.

The room was spacious and quiet. With a balcony overlooking a green space. I really liked the breakfast buffet. Would go back there again.

The sagging mattress was a bit uncomfortable for my back. It should be noted that the garage is extra.
