We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, so I don't know anything about that. Our son complained a little bit about the wifi, but apart from that the hotel was a really nice surprise! The apartment is extremely quiet with a nice little balcony facing a quiet courtyard and rooms and beds were of much higher quality than expected. There are not that many restaurants right by the hotel, but there is a bus leaving every 5-10 minutes going right to the city centre and if you walk 10 minutes, you have plenty of restaurantes. We would definitely stay here again!

This apartment is part of a hotel and feels like it - while it's very spacious, clean. and nicely furnished, it lacks any personal touch and feels a bit sterile. The parking was available on the premises (for a fee), which we appreciated. The hotel offered a lovely breakfast buffet (at an additional charge); we didn't use it, but the offerings seemed plentiful and varied based on what we saw walking by. The beds were comfortable.

The apartment is very dark - it doesn't have much natural light, and the artificial lighting is weak. There was no dishwasher. The neighborhood seemed a bit seedy compared to the other parts of Hamburg we visited.

Nice hotel & apartments just about 5 minutes far from S-bahn station. Close to shops and bigger supermarket. Easy car parking in the hotel's garage for 20 EUR (24hours). Just 2 S-bahn stations war from the fotball stadium. We did not have breakfast there so I can not rate it.

I can not recall anything to complain of, but we were only for 1 night there. Maybe the fact that the breakfast is in this hotel quite expensive (25 EUR/p).

Spacious and well laid-out apartment with big bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, lounge area, balcony and very comfortable bed and ample storage space. Location was also perfect for our trip with walking distance to supermarket, bars and restaurants, as well as close proximity to an S-Bahn station for access to the center and harbour area.

Breakfast was delicious with a buffet offering lots of choice, but a little expensive. I'm not a big eater in the morning, so would be great to have a "light" option as I don't think I could ever eat €25 worth of breakfast :)

Very spacious and reasonably priced apartment. I loved the extras for our baby, like the bath essentials and the changing mat. They even added a little stool for our toddler to make the bathroom facilities more accessible.

Our room was too warm to sleep well. Also the location isn’t ideal, but good enough with only a 15 min walk to Schanzenviertel and public transport nearby.

Very comfy beds! Nice location. Well equipped kitchenette and nice sitting area. Would book again!

Very perfumed products including scented sticks that make the whole bathroom smell, which is a problem for me because I have asthma and allergy.

I stayed in the apartment side. There’re only two units per floor. I feel so secluded !!!!

I might be confused by apartment and serviced apartment. I stayed there for 5 nights. The cleaner came only after then first night. 😅

It is a super nice apartment and really good place to stay. We had exhibition at the Hamburg Messe what is just 1 stop by train. Will stay there alos next time.

It would be nice to have a smart tv connection (Netflix, Amazon, Apple TV etc.) on the existing nice screens.

I got even bigger room that the one I payed for. Very spacious and bright. Location is pretty OK, 10 min ride to the most of city attractions.

Elevator is heard from the apartment, it’s annoying at night and in the early mornings. Food in the restaurant isn’t tasty but pricey.
