Location is really good in an area with lots of bars/restaurants/breakfast places. Hotel has a good place to hang out at end of day for a drink/rest/read. Short cycling distance from old town center, speicherstad etc. Very helpful staff. We did not do breakfast in hotel, there are plenty places nearby.

Shower was a bit of an awkward thing with only a waterfall shower fitted at 3mtrs high, nothing to place your shower stuff and a slip slide floor. Beds where more than firm. No airco so high summer this might be warm, there is a fan. Carparking is near non existant , so plan ahead, Parking garages are walking distance . There is load unload parking present behind the hotel and a lockable bike shed.

The overall stay was great: Very friendly staff Room was comfortable (especially the bed). The room itself is a good size Very silent so I slept like a baby Breakfast was great The location is quite good- walking distance to pubs and bars It was clean so I felt well taken care The lobbyarea has everything you might need (tea, bear, snacks for a small fee- great idea!)

Internet was not super strong. I had a meeting over teams and the call was slow. There is no proper table or chair to have a call. There was a funny smell so I had to ventilate the room a lot.

The hostel is in a perfect location, if you want to explore the St. Pauli area. The breakfast served every day was very good and offered a very rich choice of coffee as well as salty and sweet breakfast options.

We had a two bed room but unfortunately the bed wasn't as comfortable as we expected. Also the shower curtain in the bathroom didn't catch the whole water when during the shower and the door to the bathroom always closes automatically and the extractor fan didn't work either.

Very clean and spacious room, my friend esp likes the rain shower. Upon our arrival with a dog, staff prepared in advance a food bowl with some dog treats in the room, we are so impressed and feel it really worths the extra charge for pet! Staff are extremely friendly, I love them all :-) Location is super, in a very hip area. We are vegetarians so really like that there are lots of good vegan restaurants around.

The Hotel is located in the best neighborhood, and the stuff is super friendly and helpful. It’s a beautiful interior. The common area seemed very nice, but I hadn’t had a chance to experience it yet, maybe next time :) Curtains in the room could withstand the light from anything in the world ! And the blanket is so heavy and cozy (also it’s nice that there were two blankets, somehow many hotels prefer couples to fight over one)

As comfortable as the blanket was, the pillow was slightly too skinny and soft to my taste, I had to fold it twice. Maybe the room needs a little “hard” pillow :) And the shower being only a ceiling shower was a huge surprise, I don’t think I’ve ever seen something like this. It’s good that there was a shower hat, but it was barely holding my shoulder-length hair. So next time I’m coming with my own shower hat :)

Very nice, spacious, clean, comfortable room (the only one with a balcony) to the back side of the building. Breakfast of excellent quality (incl. vegan / organic spreads, hummus, couscous, lentils, waffles, etc.), good sleep with open windows, comfy beds), cool design, and very friendly and helpful personnel (believe it or not, the elderly people next door celebrated a birthday party in the afternoon with fairly loud music). Hip Schanzenviertel around the corner.

We liked the location, there were many restaurants/cafes nearby. Andrew, the guy from the reception, was so nice and friendly, that he upgraded our room for free. The room was clean, quite big and quiet. It also had balcony.

The hotel didn't provide with some toiletries like shampoo, shower gel or slippers, and the room was dark.

The people who worked there, the big place for reading, eating, the colors, the surprise to make the place somethimg special for young and older. We felt very comfortable and it was great that we could rent a bike.

It was very warm in the room. No airco. A small ventilator helped a little bit.

Cool hostel with modern rooms and common areas. Large room for a family of 4 with, well equipped with nice furniture and decoration. NES for gaming in the room. Good breakfast. Convenient location close to bus and metro and next to a lively area with cool bars and restaurants

Good location - Hipster - but not up to all the value you would expect, very clean, cool area , so a good snapshot of the "cool hamburg" for anyone visiting

some parts of the building are not up to par -- perhaps needs some attention from the staff to clean it up and fix up parts of the Hotel
