The staff were friendly and helpful. The room while basic had almost everything we required ( A kettle and tea/coffee making facilities would have completed it but we are from the UK}, bed was comfortable, double glazing ensured any outside noise staid there, air con worked well; breakfast was in our opinion good valve you and a wide range was provided every day, have no hesitations in saying we would certainly use this hotel again and recommend it to others who required a good budget hotel

The room was quiet and spacious. The breakfast buffet was well set out, there was plenty of seating space and the facilities were maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.

I don't think there's anything that stands out as an obvious deficiency. I suppose you can just keep trying to improve your good service and facilities to an even better standard.

The area is very nice, located near many restaurants and a lovely park for a walk with the children (or a run). It is easy to get via metro and it is a relatively quiet part of the city. We liked that the access to the rooms was via a code so no need for extra keys to the room.

Lobby area was a bit small but we were mostly outside so it didn't bother us.

Was a cheap and comfortable room. No frills but met our expectations. Our son loved the setup of the bunk bed over the main bed and it saved a lot of space. We didn't have breakfast but there are many options around for meals. No view out of the window but we didn't care, it was only for sleeping.

Value for money. Easy access with bus and U Bahn. Bus stop few meters away. U Bahn stop at Wandsbek Markt around 10 minutes walking. Different options for parking. Free on the curb, with parking disc 2 hours free in front of the building, and the paid parking is only EUR 4/day. Breakfast could use warm meal option, scramble egg for example :)

Room was really comfy, lift available, easy using gonly code to open doors. Kind staff. Shower big enough. 10 min walking from subway station. Quiet area. Room space enough. TV is working fine.

The staff were very nice and the couple working in the reception helped us a lot. We are very grateful for their help.The accommodation is good, clean and tidy, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and the parking is convenient. I am very satisfied, next time if I come to Hamburg, I will choose this hotel again.

Good buffet breakfast although something hot like scrambled eggs would have been nice. Hotel fairly busy but rooms seemed soundproof.

A bit away from the city centre but I was aware of this and you get what you pay for. 8 minutes or so walk to nearest U-Bahn Wandelsbek Markt.

Children's assessment: Great breakfast (e.g. Nutella in a cone), nice colors, good bed (bunk bed safe even for a smaller child), door opening with a code, coffee machine.

The view from the window could be better (we could see the tin roof of the neighboring house). There was nowhere to hang wet towels.

Friendly and helpful staff. Short walk to trains to get to city center. Clean.

Free parking opposite but only over the weekend until 8am Monday, or can use the hotel's paid parking. Very firm mattress. Shower door opens right next to bed so some water running onto floor and not much privacy.
