The apartment was super nice, modern and well-equipped. The check-in and check-out website works well, but there are also members of staff on site during some hours of the day. It's located in a suburban area that is nice though not particularly interesting, but it's right next to the U3 metro line, which takes you to the city centre in 10-15 min. We had problems with the WiFi when we arrived (it connected but didn't really work in any of our devices), but we wrote an email to the reception the next morning and they sent a technician straight away. He solved the problem on the spot and it worked well after that. We were impressed by how quickly this issue was resolved!

Very nice and modern apartment. It was clean and in great condition. Location right next to the metro and downstairs just outside is a supermarket. Also, close to the large Hamburger Meile shopping mall.

It took a while to get the code to the apartment. The link they sent us was stripped out by the booking.com messaging system. I kept explaining but they didn't get it. Eventually got the code via phone when I called them.

The location was great, very conveniently located, near a metro station, grocery store and very close from a shopping mall.

They were building a huge project right in front our balcony, so I would have appreciate if they would us notify us thru the page ahead of time or giving us a discount rate for putting up with such a noise since 7 am Monday thru Friday. But that was the only issue. Next time I visit I would make sure that the building is finished. But definitively a great place to stay!

We like everything:) Before trip I received all information I needed and they organized that there were 2 single beds in one of the rooms. Receptionist was very kind and there were possibility to enter apartment some 15 minutes before time. We had electronic keys( cards) for each member of family - it is convenient( in some hotels they give only one or max 2 for all family). Location is good- near train ( and it is quiet, no disturbing sound of train!), convenient to come from airport or go to center of Hamburg). There is food shop Penny and some caffes near apartments. 2 separate rooms, a lot of space for 4 persons family, good shower, nice terrace ( I choose room with terrace). Good place to stay and explore Hamburg. Definitely choose it again!

In one of bedroom window is without possibility to be open- but for us it was not a problem at all.

Very spacious apartment, good value and close to the subway that goes directly to the city center. Also easy to get to and from the airport. Everything is new, has all the dishes you might need and proper cooking equipment.

Check-in and check-out experience is not the best - i recived a broken link over DMs for the check-in and had to manually enter some part of it. 24/7 lobby terminal was messed up on my arrival and i couldn't process it there. Aside of it, it's in German by default and in moble system I couldn't find how to switch the language or program the key (mobile key worked fine). On top of it, I couldn't checkout through the app as it said I have unsettled amount (I didn't, all was paid through the Booking). As I left before reception opened, I had to call for the checkout - noone replied, even though it was within hours. After some time they called me back and checked me out.

Great location right next to the subway station on the U3 line with direct and quick access to the city center. Unexpectedly quite apartment. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Kitchen well equiped. Comfy beds. Great value for money. With pleasure would recomend to others.

The apartment was furnished with two seater sofa and one easy chair so for family of 4 one more easy chair would have been helpful after long days of city exploration.

Location was great and the apartment was renovated recently so everything was nice. Lot of restaurants nearby and also only 50m to the closest grocery store. U-bahn stop was just around the corner. Sound blocking windows really worked well.

Air conditioning could have been a bit better, since it was quite warm in the apartment during our whole stay

Convenient location. Friendly helpful staff. Clean and tidy apartment which looks fairly new or refurbished. Large lounge with plenty of natural light. Ample amount of electrical sockets. Central heating and in-room controls work well. Large bathroom and good setting for walk-in shower. Kitchen facilities work well, we managed to cook full meals using the hobs and oven.

Will be good to have a washing machine, and a second toilet, but these are not so desperately in need.

Great location just next to the U-Bahn station, a nice renovated apartment with everything you need, except a washing machine (although there is a laundry just around the corner).

Overall a great accommodation but to list a few bits to improve: * the pillow could have been better or have a second one like hotels do, so you could pick the right one for you; * the washing machine is something I expect to see in the apartment as well but it's not there.

Well equipped apartment with a balcony, about 10-15 min drive from the centre, just what we were looking for :-) Self check-in is a great service for late arrivals (didn't work online, but the kiosk on site did the trick). Cute poster of heavy lift cranes on bedroom wall made my day :D
