Great: The coffee-station with espresso, hot chocolate and chococino. The bar-staff was very friendly and helpful - like everyone in this hotel! I was grateful being able to reserve a room for handicapped - and they even reserved me the parking slot for handicapped as well and for free! Whow, that had never ever happened before ! +top+!!! Check in and out was easy, and they had comfortable chairs there, good value for bigger persons = no pain for a change... Fantastic! Also in the room the space was nice, but best (apart from all the hidden closets) was the huge bed I could simply lay down diagonally - and the pillows were soooo comfy! The WiFi was reliable and strong, I managed to watch a movie here. Nice ^^ All in all I am looking forward to returning.

Breakfast was nice but from my personal point of view not worth 15€. Then I would have expected like fries eggs or an omelett-station as well. But it was okay and I liked it.

Bedroom, bed, breakfast are good. The hotel is next the Barmbek train station. You can get the City Centre in 15 minutes.

One night, at 21.00, I went to the hotel bar, and I asked for a coffee. They had the coffee machine turned off. So, they couldn’t give me a coffee. Then, another waiter told me that I could take a coffee of the coffee machine of the breakfast for free. So, I am hotel Guest. Afterwards, the same guy who told me that the coffee machine of the bar was turned off, he said that we couldn’t take the coffee of the breakfast machine. So, my husband wanted to drink a beer at the bar. But because of this situation, my husband didn’t asked for the beer, and we didn’t come back to the bar at night anymore

Nice room, very useful location very close to very well connected Barmbek S/U/bus station, also there are a good number of shops and restaurants nearby. All fine really, hardly any reason for complaints. Good breakfast, good value for money (maybe not at their regular rate). Internet worked well. Friendly staff.

I coudn't switch off the heating or control the temperature. Even though the set temperature was fine, a lot of energy was wasted when opening the window as occasionally necessary. On the other hand, supposedly for reasons of avoiding garbage, there were no toothbrush cups in the room. They give out one-way plastic cups upon request, but why not providing glasses?

Located adjacent to Barmbek station, just a few stops on the U-Bahn from Hamburg Airport. Easy to get into the city. Helpful staff, quiet room, very clean. Breakfast was good.

Not much. The aircon was set quite cool and didn't seem to adjust when I changed the thermostat. There were interesting old industrial buildings and a couple of restaurants nearby, but not a buzzing area if you're looking for that experience. No problem for a business trip.

Perfect location - just next to Barmbeck station (U and S-bahn). Room clean. Good wifi. Tasty breakfast. Small gym available.

Room was rather small, not much place apart from beds and 1 chair. Definitely this is not an option if you would like to work from the room. Neither kettle nor tea/coffee facilities in the room. You need a room card to use elevators. Air condition worked okay but it was not much difference which option was chosen, worked the same way.

The hotel feels and looks new. It has a nice design and the rooms are clean. The breakfast is pretty good and the food options in the evening are good and affordable. The area around the train station is a bit dodgy, but it's safe. There are a few nice bars next to it which are a good options for evening drinks. Parking was full when we arrived, but we found options on the street.

The elevator is a mess and a cause for frustrations. It can't handle the rush hour in the morning for breakfast and it keeps ignoring commands

The hotel is lovely, staff are very friendly and helpful.the room I had was very nice too. The kz bed I had was very comfortable I would definitely recommend this hotel. And the train station was only a few minutes away to get to the main hamburger train station.

The only thing I would say , is to have two pillows on the bed even for a single traveller , only because of the lovely bed size I had .

Breakfast is nice and rich. It was clean and comfortable in the room. The railwaystation is quite nearby, which is practical both for to drive to the city center and to the airport. Nice that there is a restaurant downstairs.

On the back side of the building it might be noisy with opened windows because of the railway nearby. I wish juices without sugar for the breakfast.

The location was very accessible, good for taking the train, taxi or just walking the streets.

We are from Miami Florida so it was weird that the hotel had no air-conditioned, but understood, the nly thing will be good to change or fix is the noise from the train, since hotel is so close to it, it makes it a bit hard to sleep.

The breakfast was excellent. The only disappointment was not having tea/coffee making facilities in our room even though there was free tea/coffee on offer from early morning till late evening in the hotel. It’s nice to be able to have a cup of tea getting ready for the day without going down into the main hotel area
