- The breakfast was outstanding. There was such a great selection that even the long queues for coffee did not bother us. - Great shower - Although there were many Guests, it was still a nice and quiet room. Effort was made to avoid having neighbours next door. - Good WiFi - Comfortable reception

- Nowhere to sit, not even a small stool. For one night, its just uncomfortable but for a longer period this would have been a no-go. - A kettle or access to a kettle in a kitchen would have been nice, especially at night we would have loved a warming tea. without the almost 3EUR cost for hot water in a cup. Its also just too far to go to get a morning coffee. - Nowhere to put clothing - AT ALL. Not even a small drawer. We had to hang our clothes on a coat hook. It just made the room very quickly untidy

Everything in this hotel just feels great! It's not cheap, I guess, but it's excellent quality - and it's actually competitive for Hamburg, on second thought. This hotel is pure comfort in every detail. Rooms are super clean, soundproof, comfy beds, comfy, functional, modern bathrooms. Excellent shower, excellent room temperature (I was there in November and in March). Wifi is excellent, breakfast is amazing (the vegan options are awesome!). I stayed for 3 nights, they welcomed me with a free drink, which is really nice and pampering, and my room was cleaned every day. No minibar, but everything you need.

Amazing smiles from all staff - a great sense of positive team, which makes the stay so much more enjoyable. They always so friendly and helpful. Can't wait to return. Also handy grab snacks/sandwiches are super useful for late evening arrivals / heading out for day to pack a light lunch. Gym is great - good, clean, modern equipment. Working area is relaxed with cozy spaces to hold more private conversations. Wifi is good throughout the hotel. Rooms are amazingly small - but just big enough for working away from home.

The range of cooked elements at breakfast is a little limited - but there is a good salad and cereal so it's OK. Sandwiches are sometimes a little dry because the eco wrapper they come in doesn't seal them in.

Location easy to reach by car, a 5-10 minute walk from the Ottensen neighbourhood for shops, restaurants and the Hamburg Altona train station. Breakfast is quite expensive in the restaurant, so we grabbed a sandwich in Ottensen. Spacious parking garage, friendly staff, bar and restaurant for grabbing a drink or bite. The room itself had a decent bed and was clean.

Beware that the spacious parking has a fairly narrow street entrance with a small street turning circle. Some maneuvering may be required. The rooms themselves, although modern with industrial touch and wall mounted clothing rack lack some storage, could have coffee/tea/minibar or such. There's not more than a bed and wall mounted seat. Not bad if you're out in the city mostly, but not ideal for getting work done or in case of my partner, being sick on day and having to stay in.

The hotel was wonderful, the common areas were plenty, super clean, cozy and gave a very positive energy. WIFI worked splendidly everywhere within the hotel. The room was 10/10, comfy bed, good water pressure in the shower, and all the utilities you may need. Location is also very good, the nearest bus station is 2 minutes away, it’s a very safe and quiet area. The staff were incredibly helpful with any inquiries or questions I had. I will definitely go again.

The rooms are clean and nicely done, albeit a bit small for the price. Staff is friendly The lounge and bar areas were very nicely furnished.

- staff was somewhat unstable - the first day was outstanding, on the second day I struggled to order things - whatever I asked for kept being unavailable in spite of using the list to choose from provided by staff. Issues with card payments during checkout during the same staff shift. They were friendly but ineffective. - the bed is too soft, bad backache after 2 nights there - room was small for the price - the overall experience was good but expensive.

Stylish hotel and room. Room was clean. There was music at the lobby on weekends.

Hotel's cafe / bar is too pricy; considering that you don't have any other options closeby. Adding a kettle in the room would be much better experience for the guests. Also after a certain hour it's really hard to find something to eat. Your only option is a McDonald's.

Friendly and cool lobby, nice bathroom and good location for exploring Altona. Ironing room available for everyone.

Pillows are incredibly high and hard. There is no real place to hang your clothes, except a couple of hangers and hooks on a grill on the wall. It's not enough if you need to stay for a longer period of time.

We stayed in a very comfy and clean room, there was absolutely no noise although it was a busy weekend. The staff were friendly and helpful, they offered us a welcome drinks which was really appreciated!

a little off from the city center but reachable to Altona center on foot. reception and lobby can be very crowded during rush hours

Nice new clean hotel, lovely staff and comfortable beds. Breakfast was also good. Location was excellent for us a near to the event we were attending and easy to get into central Hamburg on X3 bus.

Surprisingly for such a new hotel, the lighting in the room was very bad, leaving it difficult to carry out any beauty routine, shave etc. As you could barely see anything in the mirror.
