The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was quite big, clean. There is a bus station in 3 mins walk, you can grab any bus and go anywhere you wish. The breakfast was nice. Planning to stay here in my next stops to Hamburg

There was no slippers and kettle in the room and I couldn't figure out the ventilation system inside the bathroom. Since I wasn't guided about the room, i couldn't solve it, but it wasnt a big deal

Lovely room in Altona area, spotless clean with all the amenities you need, within 10 mins of walk to the metro station and around 15 mins of walk to Altona Bahnhof. We chose to have our breakfast included and we absolutely did not regret the choice - really fancy dining area and delicious food and drinks! Definitely a good deal for the price!

We had a perfect stay at Leonardo. The hotel is brand new and the staff are very helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a superb dinner in the restaurant, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Hope to visit again!

The room was really bright and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant was nice as well. Staff was friendly.

The big pillows in the room were exactly like air balloons. once you laid on it in inflated on the other corners which I’ve never seen before. The sleeping pillows were fine but these should be replaced. The breakfast buffet did not have any sliced fruit like melon or etc which you’d normally expect. It also did not have a single desert option to go with your coffee which I found quite strange as the food selection besides that was quite broad.

Our pet was welcomed with high quality treats, which was much appreciated. The parking area is right next to the hotel, which is great, and the parking fee is quite low compared to other hotels in Hamburg. The room was very clean. The bar has some good local beer.

Expensive compared to other offers with better location. Via booking there was a free room upgrade assigned to us, which is why we booked this hotel instead of others. Because we had our dog with us, we didn't get that upgrade, which fine except we were told as we asked about it during our check-in. We told the hotel we were coming with our dog in advance and so we expect this info is shared in advance too or a disclaimer is added before booking.

Hotel rooms are clean, feels new, has a fridge and espresso maker! Breakfast buffet is excellent with fresh breads, meats, cold cuts, cheese, etc. Common areas are well-appointed. Rooms have no iron/ ironing boards, but have full-sized ones available to borrow.

Consider that the location is a little further away from the city, approx 27€ by cab, but bus station is also close by. Room service tend to have limited bandwidth and had to order via food apps. Floor space is limited, and if you have a large suitcase you will find yourself straddling around a bit.

Very nice pleasant staff and very accommodating. The hotel room is nicely lit and equipped with everything you need. A massive thank you to the staff who were always extremely helpful. Breakfast is amazing with great variety and for all tastes. Will definitely be coming back to this hotel when in Hamburg

Housekeeping was very persistent. We were more active at night and sleeping throughout the morning as we were attending an event, at times they would attempt to enter the room in the morning multiple times which interrupted our rest. We tried cancelling housekeeping which turned out to not be as straight forward as we thought. In any case, we eventually asked for a no disturb sign which solved the problem.

I had a really great stay in Leonardo Hamburg and would definitely come back again. Hotel and its amenities are brand new, I loved decoration details, room and hall furniture; they use good quality brands such as Villeroy&boch for ceramics etc. Cleaning 10/10, room and hotel itself was spotless. Capsule coffee machine in the room is a plus. Reception and restaurant personnel was very helpful and professional. Breakfast is superb with a full range of choices, absolutely worth the money.I had dinner in the restaurant once too and was not disappointed, good variety of menu and everything is tasty!

the location is not central, but the subway is just 10 mins walking distance and the bus stop is just nearby, so it was not really a problem.

Room was very clean, breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Room had coffee machine, would have preferred a kettle..I didn't think to ask at reception but the staff were very polite and approachable so I'm sure that they would have sourced me one ic they could have.

Double bed is 2 beds together. Not a problem for a couple but if a single person in the bed then you have to sleep on one of them... But I think this is standard in hotels now.

- the room was very nice with all the necessary amenities; - location was very practical for us (3 stops by bus from Volksparkstadion)

- the price is too high; - we arrived at 3:10pm (checkin starts at 3pm) and were told that our room was not ready and we need to wait. When we asked if they knew when it’ll be ready we were told that they’ll check and let us know. We waited in the lobby the whole time and no one came back to us. In the end we tried to checkin again at 3:35pm which was successful
