Clean room, comfortable bed, good shower, excellent location close to bus and train station, good wifi (except last morning). Very good value for money.

The area is very ethnic, lots of groups of men, which can on the surface appear scary. In reality though I never felt threatened though I took basic precautions like holding my backpack in front. The time I was a bit nervous was when checking in and having to take out my wallet to pay the city tax and passport when surrounded by 4 men whose purpose of being there was unknown. The reception person seems to show up only at check in time and were not available in the morning. The internet went down on my last morning and there is nobody around to notify.

The room is great. Exceeded all expectations.

The area near the train station. It seems that all the emigrants of the world live there. You are a little doubtful whether you are in Germany or in Pakistan. Despite the fact that the train station is a 6-minute walk away, we preferred to call a taxi

I find this hotel to be one of the best deals in the area. Cheap prices due to its proximity to the central station, but the rooms are clean and feature modern furniture. Definitely appreciated that the bathroom also included soap, bodywash and shampoo, and hair drier. Direct proximity to central station with all related transportation options.

The area around the central station can get quite rowdy at night. If you happen to overnight here in summer and need to keep the windows open at night, be aware it may be quite loud also at night.

Recommend. I am a solo female traveller. Comfortable big clean rooms and beds. Good value for money. The location next to the station seemed at first a little dodgy but I actually liked it; very vibrant, lots of people around but with windows closed it was very quiet, staff were friendly.

Was pretty happy overall. Some small things could be improved, but I only stayed 1 night and for this price it's worth it: the toilet seat was cracked, wifi was a little weak to do video calls, no kettle in the room, the staff were warm and friendly but they didn't answer the phone. And there was no phone in the rooms to call reception.

The outside building / architecture was super pretty! The room was lovely decorated! Very simple and beautiful! And the placement was so good! Among tons of food places and a four minute walk from the station and a covid testing tent! I loved how there was a sanitiser in the bathroom! Especially very good during the pandemic !

Don’t know how often cleaners were there to clean the communal toilets but perhaps a bit more often would be nice, seeing there was something sticky on the floor. Perhaps put some signs up inside, preferably in English? I had trouble finding my room, until I asked the staff, and she showed me an elevator that I didn’t know was there. :)

Probably I wouldn't reserve it as a single woman. Not the best area of Hamburg for being alone around

It was better than my expectations. I expected less for this price. However it turned out to be very clean and comfortable. The location is also very good. Of course it is could be better but it worth the money that I spent

The facilities in the room could be better. Maybe adding a tea maker could make it a better choice.

Absolute bargain!! In the heart of Hamburg. Great location which seems to be an African/Asian and Gay area. So there was plenty amazing choices of food available and some cool shops. Great room comfy bed, was not expecting such a nice room for £25 for sure. Just a 5 min walk from the central station. Lots of places of interest near by. Friendly staff who advised where I could visit. Will come again!! Thanks

Nothing to moan about.

Great little place. I was apprehensive after reading online reviews but found not much wrong with this place. Friendly & funny check-in by Abdul, well furnished room, clean, decent shower. I had a great night sleep and fab breakfast in one of the Turkish bakeries across the road. Would stay again.

Location was close to the train station which was great for us. Also walkable to most of the rest of the city. Room was bigger than expected and was comfy.

One of the windows had a leak and water was coming through. When we raised this it was quickly fixed.
