The location is right next to the central train station of Hamburg, so it was easy to find. It was about a 5 minute walk, which is also perfect for traveling around Hamburg. A lot of shops and restaurants next to it made for easy access to groceries .

The fact that the housekeepers tried to enter the room at 8 am (check out at 10''am) without knocking even. That was something really disturbing! The unfortunate fact that there is no late check-in or self-check-in.

Room was good location is perfect and lots of shop around the hotel,very close to train and bus main station.

Check in was problamatic very late and very early in is 3 oclock, out is very early morning you carriying all the bag with you another part of the hotel reception is rude also,but still ok volue of money

1. Central location. Everything within 5 mins walk - Train station, Bus station, S+U metro, eateries and penny (budget grocery store). 2. Room size was sufficiently big enough for 3 of us. It came with a separate private bathroom. Clean, spacious, Exceeded expectations. 3. Reasonable priced and well within budget. 4. Big windows and can be opened fully. A big relief in summer.

1. Check-in had be done at different hotel which was 100 mtrs away. 2. Noisy area from 10am till midnight. Stores do their loading/unloading as the day starts. 3. Crowded during daytime and you have to be careful of your belongings.

I had some issues checking in and finding my room, and the receptionist was super nice and helpful. I'm very grateful for the help I recieved. The room was very clean and comfortable.

I received a message that I had to check in by 19.00, but my train was late, so I called the reception and the receptionist seemed surprised I had to be there a 19 and said it wasn't an issue. The washroom of my original room was not shared, but I had to go out in the hallway, and it was locked. The reception did not have the key to my washroom, so I had to go back to the reception (in a different block down the street) amd change rooms to another block further down the street.

The room and the toilets were really clean.

The location was shady and the fact that the reception was at the other location was bizarre. Way too early check-out time.

Facilities very clean and tidy - excellent!

Checkin - 2 suggestions - change to 1400; and at checkin have a numbering system for the queue, not just sitting in waiting area with no obvious order - this created confusion and some frustrations with attempted queue jumping.

Loved how clean the room was. How friendly the man on reception was. And gorgeous ;)

That I didn't have a toilet in my room

It was near the station and I was able to leave my bag while I went round the city in the morning

Weird check in arrangement- you go to number 52 to check in and collect your key then you walk down to number 10 for the rooms, a block away. Room was clean but the bin hadn't been emptied

Place was exceptional, clean and safe. In addition I Will recommend it for its value for money. On the surface, the area is busy and will seem overcrowded , but with any central urban setting, colourful characters and busy local shops is the norm.

Area is quiet busy but not a distraction in the rooms.

it’s in heart of Hamburg town center . I really like this place bcz everything so closed to us. The property owner and staffs are so helpful mind .
