The hotel is just steps away from Hamburg Central Station, train system. The room was basic but clean and a great value for the price. Upon arrival I was greeted in anorofessional and way by the front desk person who had already the information for my reservation. I was asked if I wanted to add breakfast, and I am glad I did because the food was great with lots of choices.

I liked everything. It is not a five starts hotel, but it is a great place to stay for an affordable price and having the convenience that the hotel is in a good location because I was able to walk to many places.

The Room was bright and plenty of windows. Good fan in room. Plenty of storage space. Safe in Room. Location of hotel was excellent not too long walk into central areas, plenty of shops and subways near hotel. They was plenty of restaurants next to hotel and penny supermarket direct across road for all your essential items. We would definately book this hotel again next time we visit the wonderful city of Hamburg! We would have liked to have kettle in room to make warm drinks. Breakfast in Hotel quite expensive compared to outside establishments. Shower in Room has a high step, Wife struggled having shower. Lots of Steps in Hotel To Room.

We picked this hotel because of its proximity to the train station, and it is a short walk to the train station from the hotel. The hotel breakfast that they had was a good value for the money. The room that we were in had a window looking out on a busy street, but the room was very well soundproofed from the road. The hotel staff was very nice and spoke English well.

You will need to bring your bags up a long flight of stairs. Once you are in the hotel, there is an elevator but there is no way around the flight of stairs up into the hotel. The rooms themselves are not the nicest and need to be refreshed, but for a short stay when you are just looking for a place for a nice or two, the rooms are just fine. Also, the walls between the rooms are not the best, so you might be able to hear your neighbors.

Very clean, comfortable room, lovely bathroom with everything you need, excellent service. When you enter the hotel, you enter an oasis in this terrible neighborhood. As a location, it is a convenient starting point for everything, meters from the most prestigious streets and the city center.

The neighborhood around the station is the dirtiest neighborhood of all other neighborhoods around stations in Europe. This speaks ill of Hamburg's rulers. Everywhere in the other districts of Hamburg is very clean and wonderful.

Great room (23). The room and hotel were clean and it was so quite. The hotel was an authentic place and the room was spacious (we booked a twin bed room but they hadn't cleaned it yet so they gave us a triple room)

I wish there was a kettle in the room. The elevator starts at the first floor and the elevators are in the middle of each floor (if you're in the 3rd floor you'd take the elevator to 3/4 and go down the stairs to the 3rd).

Close to train station and has food locations close to the hotel.

I think when leaving for the day , there should be a bowl where you can just drop your key and go rather than having to stand in line to hand in your key.

The stay was just enough for what I needed. Close to the train station, comfortable bed, good breakfast and all at a nice price!

The only minus was the first stairs to the reception incase you're traveling with large luggages.

Located close to the station. Breakfast fresh, wide variety of choices, room and bathroom comfortable and modern. Staff friendly and helpful.

There was noise coming from outside as well as from the other rooms of the hotel.
