The apartments are located inbetween the new and old town which is perfect. They are near a metro stop which takes you out to the gardens. The apartments themselves are more studios but are really thoughtfully done. We did not eat anywhere but in the old town as it was close, varied and well priced, for tourists. The Neue Rathaus is close by for the amazing lift, but also you can get the Red Thread book for the walking tour, which is really pleasant. The gardens are well worth visiting and are a couple of stops from Limehouse.

Location, compact and complete facilities. Washer and dryer downstairs.

Explanations about how to use washer and dryer in English would be helpful. We had to ask 2 different people for help and they weren’t sure either. Really need a strip under the slider in shower to create a little dam to keep the water from flowing onto the bathroom floor. We had to roll up the bath mat to stop the water from flowing onto the floor. The other issue we had was understanding how to use the codes the first time getting into the building and the apartment. We are in the older generation so it was more difficult for us. After the first time it was easy. Also the outside back garden would be lovely to use if there was a small metal table and 2 chairs for use upon the patio that is already there….it would be a lovely place to sit and read and enjoy the quiet beauty.

I liked the comfortable bed and the bed linen - especially the beautiful waffle linen throw. I liked the thoughtfulness that had gone into the room (but see what I didn’t like too). I loved the fact it was overlooking trees and a garden, I could hear the birds and sleep safely with the windows open.

Some of the design decisions were a little strange: the amount of kitchenalia for such a small single room really excessive! 3 frying pans, several large pans etc and all the utensils most of which were unnecessary and took up a lot of space. For some reason there were 3 vases (?) but the wardrobe space was so narrow that I can’t imagine a businessman’s bulky suit would hang well in it. And an iron would’ve been more useful than pans. Surely a microwave would be more sensible than all the crazy amount of extraneous stuff that would have to be checked and cleaned each changeover? Having said all that it was a good experience and I would stay again just for the location, the lovely waffle throw and the birdsong.

The apartment, while small, has really everything you need, including pots and pants, or a free tote bag. The location is unbeatable, very central but still quiet, very well connected to both public transport and some sights, such as Maschsee, and the Sprengel Museum. The staff was exceptionally friendly. I encountered several people who worked for limehome, and everyone was super friendly, helped quickly to resolve small issues, and were very interested in my feedback about the apartment. I'd pick this place again for my next trip

There were really only small things that needed fixing or I needed help with, and as I said, the staff was so interested in hearing the feedback that, who knows, maybe next time they will have that big mirror that I was missing ;-) I had to get in touch with support (via Whatsapp) as well, because I did not understand how the stovetop worked (there was a safety mechanism...), but this was also quickly resolved. It's really just some small things to improve and fix (a crooked sign in the hallway that's not properly fixed never leaves a great first impression, those details count), but I would for sure pick this place again in the future!

it's clean, affordable, easy to book and it's got everything you might need. except for airconditioning ;) I would definitely book again if I ever go back to Hannover.

the pictures are just very extremely different compared to the reality. you would expect to book a giant penthouse, but in reality you get a small room where the door almost hits the bed, because it is so tiny. but for the price, it's perfect and I wouldn't expect to get a room like that for the price, people complaining about that should use their common sense 😅 oh, and there is no airconditioning, which was a shame with the 38 degrees days in July 2022.

Clean, modern room, comfy bed. Quiet and was easy to heat room by adjusting radiator. The nespresso machine made good coffee from recyclable pods. The room was big enough for a short stay for one person. Online support was helpful when trying to retrieve the codes after check in. Uploading the passport scan had glitched. Location is ideal for the centre and getting to the Hanover Messe show ground - about 15 minutes on the U Bahn.

The first morning the water pressure was so low it stopped, so couldn't finish shower. Next morning plenty of pressure and no issue. The online check takes about 5 - 10 minutes - don't wait until you're outside the building. It would be great if they sent an email the day before arrival to make online check in easier. Couldn't put the plug down - was stuck. The key code for the room was about 10 digits - you have to make sure you take a screen shot and keep your phone charged. If you can't remember the code and can't access the phone image you're stuck. The helpline number is on the email and website, so it would be helpful if they put the helpline number somewhere easily visible on each floor.

Very good location. Very quiet neighbourhood. No noises from traffic or alike, which is rather remarkable for this location. Everything is spotless, nice bathroom, comfy bed, good internet connection.

My suite was not the biggest. It had the size of a good size hotel room, but included the kitchenette as well - hence it was not too spacious, which may be relevant in case of stays that are a bit longer. There is not much space left around the bed.

The location was fantastic, close to the city and U-Bahn. We liked the door codes (no cards or keys to handle). Nice room, we had everything we needed. Great laundry in the basement. Nice view into quiet backyard.

We would have liked to have two cleans of the room per week instead of just one. Or a little supply of cleaning items would be helpful to do a quick bathroom clean ourselves.

Perfect location at the center of the city. Near to Maschsee park and city hall. Comfortable room with kitchen and all necessary cutlery. Nice thing that they have olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, so you do not need to buy this things when you planning to cook in the room. No reception, everything is digitalized

A bit dusty in the flor and on the top of cupboards, no ironing stuff in the room. No trash bin for paper.

noise insulation (noise can be heard even window closed) smoking policy control (maybe it is better to set up an outdoor / separate smoking room because I can smell the someone smoking maybe beneath my window area)
