This hotel was extremely good value for money for the service I was given. It had a very executive feel, everything was very clean and spotless, the minimalist yet funky decor made it such a stylistic place. I was traveling with my husband and Mum so had the privilege of seeing a double and a single room. The double-room felt huge! It was more like a superior room, maybe we got an upgrade because of Monday night. There was a gorgeous lamp in the room. A spacious bathroom, with a little tray of luxury treats like a mini hand cream. The bed and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. Big airy windows, but also the perfect blinds. The single room was a bit tighter, but it also had a lovely bathroom and a double bed. Communication before arrival was very easy, we arrived after the check in period, so they put our key cards in the locked box outside. It was very easy to find our rooms. Even though we arrived outside the check-in period, there was a staff member at reception during the night. Now comes to the staff member. I have to say he was extremel. As we were there after a long journey, I was very tired and it was a hot night. I had to ask him for a few things and he got me everything I needed, from ventilators (fans) for the room, . The more important thing was his attitude was fantastic, he was so patient and did not show a single sign of frustration, like he was happy to help. And that made me so happy and made it a 10+ experience. The next morning I walked to Penny supermarket, less than 2 minutes walk. The neighborhood is calm and green. My husband went for the hotel breakfast and said it was tasty, fresh and they had plenty of seating areas and an accessible back garden as well. I really appreciated everything about Hotel Ana Eden, this is by far my most favorite hotel stay of Germany of all time, and one of my top stays anywhere!

Absolutely no problems whatsoever! However, for light sleepers, it may be an issue that on the ground floor I could hear till quite late that guests for the hotel were rolling up their suitcases or some talking outside. However it was a generally quiet area so it was not a big deal for anyone who can fall asleep easily.

Awesome location, next to the train station and town center. The room is large, with good shower. Open 24h, it was important since we arrived for check in at 4am. The bed is amazing, best I experienced in many travels. I recommend.

The room has no air conditioning, but we knew it before reservation. For hot days (was 33°C) we had to sleep with the windows open and ventilator. But it was fine for us.

Perfect location, close to the center and a public park near by and the train station, own parking but around the hotel lots of paid public spaces. Quiet,cozy, comfortable room, all amenities you need. Strong WiFi connection, rich and delicious breakfast, the staff very friendly and helpful. Perfect for long and short stays. Recommended!!! If you have an option do not hesitate to book at Arthotel ANA Eden. I will be back for sure 😊

I found nothing that I didn't like. The hotel is exceptional. Make your reservation there.

The cabinet that the fridge is in doesn't allow it to cool off. The fridge was over heating so much that it was barely able to cool the contents. Plus, it was creating so much heat The room needed extra cooling. When the door to the cabinet was left open, the refrigerator was able to cool off, stay functioning again and the desk and room wasn't hot anymore

I booked late, so I only got the bigger suite. It was nicely decorated and quiet. It was great to be able to rent bicycles. Nice artsy comfortable feeling in the hotel. The area, although only 12 minutes on foot from the main train station, was quiet and clean.

Maybe the small "living room" was a bit dark. The bicycle I rented for free from the hotel was unfortunately too small for me (even if I set up on max. height), maybe they could buy different sizes.

Amazing modern room! Unexpectedly big both the room and the bathroom! Very clean with a good light inside. There's a fridge in the room. Great tasty breakfast with relaxing breakfast zone. Very fast check-in and check-out. Perfect location, not far from the central station, around 10mins walking past the Zoo.

The reception was efficient. The children's room had not been prepared, so they quickly allocated another larger room. The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold food - it was excellent. The hotel was spacious and gracious. It was less than a 15-minute walk from the train station, easy to find, and very quiet. There were several good restaurants (German, Italian, Syrian, Thai, Italian, Greek) within a few minutes walk.

The hotel was clean,it was peaceful and I could rest.The location for me was also amazing you could walk to nearly landmark here.The ZKM,Zoo,Center and train station were all an scenic view.

Fairly decent location; friendly staff. Comes with a fridge(something that seems to be disappearing with newer hotels these days).

Lack of AC but maybe that’s not uncommon in Europe.

The rooms are very quite, comfortable beds and a black out curtain make for a very good sleep. The location is fantastic. The hotel is in a walking distance to the main train station and it’s close to several different tram lines, making it easy to get the center. And they let you use the coffee machine downstairs 24/7 for free.

not sure if they have air conditioning available, since I’ve never used this place in the hot season of the year.
