The location was excellent, all shops, restaurants were close by. Close to the Karlsruhe Schloss and the S-Bahn entrances were directly in-front of the hotel. All very convenient. The double room was neat and tidy and the complimentary waters and miniature Haribo gummi bears were a nice touch. The complimentary ear plugs was a bit worrying!! My 2nd floor room did not have a view on the streets it looked onto the slab of the inner courtyard, however it was very quiet with the windows open. No earplugs necessary. I did not use the breakfast facilities, but there is a lovely coffeeshop downstairs. But on public holidays, it all shuts down!

You can easily miss the entrance to the hotel, its a self-service hotel entrance. There is no lobby to speak of and you enter a stairwell landing, but thankfully with a lift entrance. It does not have a very "welcoming lobby" experience. The reception is on the 4th floor.

I want to tell everyone about my experience! I stayed just for one night in this marvelous hotel in the heart of Karlsruhe with two my children on my way to Spain from the war in Kiev, Ukraine. It was late evening and we were toooo tired! I 've got not much money but we really needed any accommodation to rest... Only hotel I could find around was AM Mart. And I decided to stay there. And I was really impressed with all I met there.. Every person was extremely polite and benevolent. The room was gorgeous. When the stuff have known about my situation they have granted us free breakfast even asked us take some food with us. And more then that! They've refund my expenses for staying in the hotel. Fully! I would like to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to all stuff and the owner of this wonderful hotel! 🙏🙏🙏♥️♥️♥️ I really believe that people behaving such way are grate. And all together we will come to the Victory of the true humanity all over the world... GOD Bless you and your families! P. S. When I had breakfast on the terrace with morning kind sun and unbelievable view on the main square of Karlsruhe I felt like movie star!😊

Great location for all main shopping and restaurants and Palace and grounds. Hotel nice and clean . Could have done with air conditioning as the room got warm. Had a portable fan in the room which helped. Break was good with great selection. Would stay again Thank you

Proximity to the center of town and close to restaurants and things to do. You can’t get any better! Public transportation right outside the front door. The room was huge by European city standards - queen bed plus a sofa and two chairs. The bed was very comfortable and had extra pillows. The Wifi was secure and very reliable. The pay parking garage is not on the property but is only 150 meters away, plus only costs 6 euros a day.

Our biggest issue was finding the hotel. There is a sign but it is very small. Once the hotel is found, the entrance is a nondescript doorway with a buzzer. When you’re buzzed in, there is no direction/signage telling you to go to take the elevator to the fourth floor to check in. This is NOT a reason to pass up this hotel. It’s just a big confusing finding it. Once you know what you’re doing its no big deal. The room was a bit noisy due to road noise however you should expect that from a hotel in the city center with trams and trucks and buses passing at all hours. The hotel did provide ear plugs to help in sleeping but they become a little uncomfortable as the night wears on.

I am sure it was delish but i had brekkie next door in the cafe as they had amazing sandwiches and cakes too and it was part of the hotel building. I met my sister and husband there too and we had breakfast together.

The surround of the bed is wooden and it hurt my legs when i got up first thing!! I was careful not to hurt my legs on the frame of the bed after the first night...

it’s right in the center of Karlsruhe and has an convenient location. friendly stuff and clean room.

it’s nice that ear plugs are provided, but I must say they didn’t really work. please replace them with better ones.

you have to check in outside the hotel. Tipping in the sensitiv information at -3C temperature and strong wind and at night is not a pleasure at all.

No fridge in the room. Some issues until correctly auto reading the documents when checking in late at night or very early morning

Great location, I have always found the staff in this hotel to be very friendly. Easy check-in using a machine even at unusual hours.

Staff member ill while preparing breakfast and didnt really make an effort to wear a mask or similar.

location was perfect, staff was helpful. near to car park area. rooms were clean. i'd prefer again if i travel there.

back side rooms were too small, wider rooms were in the city side which was too noisy. there is no full time staff it's hard to reach them at night. probably it's for reducing running cost which works by prices of room and acceptable.
