Clean, modern, comfortable and very nice staff.

Bad information about the parking. If one has a car you can only park it at the airport parking and one night costed me 33€. Which made the whole price if the Hotel not valuable anymore. There was no prior information about it.

The location is great, right next to the airport, about 10 minutes walk from the terminals. The room was clean and tidy, the mattress very comfortable though the pillows are very thick. There were plugs (USB and non-USB) next to the beds on each side, which seems so basic these days but most hotels don't have them! Great for charging your phone at night. The bar area is lovely, with a great view of the airport (though not directly of the runways), comfy chairs, couches, books and games, etc. The free House cocktail you get when you arrive is, if you don't drink alcohol, nothing more than syrup and water/tea, but it's free so, you know. Nice gesture.

There wasn't a bin in the room so we ended up leaving it with a pile of stuff that we would've liked to throw away but couldn't. The fact that it's by the airport should give away the reality that with windows opened, the noise is too much at night. There was an aircon unit in the room but we didn't really need it so didn't try it out to see if it was of any use.

I liked the interior design, the bar, and the cozy spaces where we were able to just sit down, have a few drinks, and relax. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Another plus is that we only needed about four minutes from our room to the train station - then, in about 15 mins train ride, we were right at the central station.

There was no closet in the room, which made it a bit harder to organize our clothes. The door to the bathroom was a sliding door with a pretty wide gap, which lacked a bit of privacy in my opinion. However, both of those things are nitpicks from me, the pros outweigh the cons by far.

Good location close to airport. Very stylish lobby space where you may also work, chat, eat etc. Friendly staff at reception. Modern rooms with all necessary facilities.

Breakfast area is tiny, you have to queue to get food. Why not to put some more shelves/tables to make food accessible to guests? It is not clear how to get to the hotel from the airport building. Please add this instruction on booking.com or at your website. Something like: walk direction of DB Railway station, then exit the building and cross the road. Information desk at the airport could not explain this.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is a bit small, functional - but for a stay for one night it is totally ok. But if you have to do some work, it is not suitable for that. The bed was comfortable.

It is also advised to bring water and food from somewehre else, if you can, as the prices at the bar/restaurant are very high! 5.5€/0.75 liter water is a robery! A lungo and a capuccino from a machine wa €7.30 - pretty cheap taste, low quality coffee. There is no luggage room if you check out. Luggage are kept next to the bar. Pretty strange if we concider security reasons....

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. At multiple times, they went out of their way to help us out Abdullah - at the reception - is a great guy. We needed a pain killer at night when there was no option nearby to buy one. He gave us one from his personal first aid kit and refused to take money for it! The location of the hotel is quite convenient as well - it's walking distance from the airport as well as from a DB station (with S-bahn, Regional Bahn and ICE connections), and bus stops for public transport and flixbus

If you have a very early/late flight at CGN or you need to be close to the airport for a couple days, this is the place to be! It's young and fresh, which is the exception as far as german hotels go, it has very comfortable beds, a huge TV in the room, good breakfast and the entire hotel smells AMAZING (that was new, but exteremely welcome). The building is just outside the airport train station, which has connections very often from all directions (can be reached from the entire state almost anytime).

The elephant in the room is the price, the hotel is not cheap, but you are literally 50 steps away from the airport which probably makes it worth the price in certain situations when you want to travel worry-free and are willing to part with some more euros for some comfort and peace of mind.

bad phone connection inside the building. must be built like a faraday cage. To hotspot my PC I had to put the phone on the windowsill. Interior design is made for 5 year old boys who want to be pilots. Kind of strange. Tried to be "cool" with the interior, but a bit of wire screwed to the wall as a coat rack was just strange and my jacket kept falling off. Also the seat next to the bed was not comfortable. There was a desk, but not a proper chair, just some big cushion. Made it hard to work. If you want to have a good workspace don't come here.

Walking distance from the airport, clean and spacious rooms. Staff were very friendly! We stayed because our flight was cancelled. Was asked by the airline to go to the airport early to get more details on the flight situation, then found out our next flight was due in 5 hours...we went back to the hotel to ask if we can have our rooms back to sleep a few extra hours (since it was 6am) and thankfully we were allowed!! Love the flexibility and friendliness of the staff, and it meant we could sleep in proper beds while waiting for our next flight instead of the airport floor. Thank you Moxy staff!!

Great location, very easy access to the airport (shop and cafe inside the airport building open 24/7 - very useful) and very close to excellent train link to Cologne city centre and the Lanxess arena. Surprisingly quiet room despite proximity to airport. Comfortable and modern hotel. Good view over the airport from the bar/restaurant on the top floor.

No parking possibility, only regular (expensive) airport car park. No possibility to store clothes in the room (no wardrobe or shelving) and no mini-fridge or kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The lift to the floors with bedrooms is activated with the room cards, but there are no explanations anywhere and this caused much confusion (not just with us).
