communicate ineffective. I ask for a baby cot a week before my arrival I was rest assured that will be one in the room. and surprise no cot in the room ( was late we had a early morning flight so I wasn’t happy because my little one was fussy already)

I was put up for 2 nights in a corner room which made my life miserable. After my request they changed my room and brought me to a proper room which made my experience better. The staff there is excellent and very helpful. They speak perfect English. The restaurant is very good and serves amazing food. Apart from breakfast, we had all dinners also at the restaurant which serves good portions with fantastic taste. There is fresh coffee available in the mornings at the reception before breakfast starts.

They could have put me in a regular room from Day 1 which would have really improved my perception. Also the lighting in the rooms and the washroom should improve further.

I want to express my gratitude to the staff at the reception. On 06.07 I arrived in Cologne at 23.00. Thank you for the patience shown to me by the girl at the reception. Her attention, sympathy helped to solve my problem, despite the difficulty in communication, my lack of knowledge of the language. In the morning I was glad to hear my native speech and it was an employee at the reception. Her sensitivity helped me throughout my trip. She taught me how to buy tickets at the terminals and it made my journey very easy. Such employees are a value and decoration for your hotel. About such it is written in the Bible: "A good man keeps good in his heart, and good comes from him." I wish you prosperity and only such employees!

Absolutely amazing hotel with helpful and polite stuff. The rooms are clean and spacious, toiletries are of high quality, shuttle service free of charge just 3 minutes takes from the airport. Great breakfast. Facilities are perfect. moreover, we travelled for the kids' festival and I had to iron a lot of clothes. I had an iron with the ironing desk during all my 2 nights stay. I really felt cosy and like a queen. Anu question or reguest was resolved immediately. Bus stop to the city just 3 minutes walk. If I ever come back to Cologne , I will definetely choose only this hotel. fresh water available 24 h near reception desk and complimentary mineral water in the room.

This is a perfect stopover for anyone with a late arrival or early flight departure. I can't say enough good things about the helpfulness of the staff at this hotel. I booked initially as my flight landed after midnight and I stayed for 3 nights as I had some business in the area and it was super easy to use the shuttle to the station and go into Cologne rather than moving hotels. The shuttle was easy, just call on arrival and someone comes to pick you up. The rooms are spacious and the beds are really comfy. A good selection of teas too in the room. The staff were really great, very friendly and helpful. The restaurant had a good range on the menu and not too pricy. As I was on my own I ate in the bar and the service was very good. I was happy with my stay.

If you are a little noise sensitive like me, try to book a room on the back side of the hotel as the front side you do hear traffic and planes though not too bad. The staff did look to see if they could move me but the hotel was too busy.

Location is near to airport, practical stay for too early/late departure/arrivals. Checkout happened in a friendly atmosphere. Note to visitors in future: If you are going to use shuttle, don't focus on the hotel sign you see at the parking lot, you may need to wait at the bus stop and make sure on which floor you exited airport. We arrived too early in the morning with a 2 yrs old child, due to misunderstanding we had issues to arrive to the hotel, full of stress. We made the responsible angry, stress allover, but I am still grateful that he didn't left us there with our bags-half sleeping child.

It's easy, comfortable, clean, very reliable, good when you have a late arrival or early departure from the airport.

Slightly tricky to get to on foot, slightly confusing to get a shuttle or taxies. The taxi drivers tell you you must get a shuttle, it's not clear where. Thankfully someone showed me a dedicated fixed phone on a metal pole from which you can call the hotel, then it sounded like they might send a driver out in a while and I didn't know how much longer I'd be standing outside the airport at midnight. Eventually the taxi drivers got someone to drive up who was neither the hotel shuttle nor a taxi, but some sort of private shuttle that cost 7,50EUR. Not too bad, but not great either.

Conveniently located for the airport, and within walking distance. Shuttle available, but not in evidence at the airport when we arrived (1 a.m.) Good sized room, and quiet, given proximity to the airport.

A little more signage at the airport to the hotel specifically would be useful, as it just said "hotels" and we didn't see a specific sign for some time. Also, our room had only been made up for one person, not two. Due to our early hours arrival and tiredness after travel, we didn't have the time or desire to go back down to reception about this, so ended up sharing a single duvet and towel.

The room is huge and clean. Complementary drinks are also provided. If you arriving from Köln Airport you can always call the hotel for free shuttle service. This wasn't explicitly stated in their website so always ask! A very good option if you need to short accommodation before or after a flight.

The hotel website didn't stated about shuttle service, and some people commented in Google review that they have to walk or take a taxi - this should be clearly stated. Otherwise all good!
