The hotel is nice & charming and has a good feel of homestay. The owner is very helpful.

The location is very odd for the people who don't have a car, it is 2 km away from the airport and walking is the only best option that takes around 25 min with luggage so that's stressful. Currently Uber charges around 35 euros for such a short distance. Connectivity to Cologne central is also time-consuming. Also not suggested to come back late to the hotel because you might not get public transport from the nearest railway station. So the best option would be to book in advance for a cheaper rate near the Centre.

The hotel is very near to the airport, which is handy if you need to travel. It offers a familiar atmosphere that makes you feel at home.

The boss, Ms Ingeborg, scolded the receptionist in front of the guests. And the receptionist was really trying to do everything right. She was definitely trying her best. This is not a professional way a boss should treat the workers. It also damages the image of the hotel.

good, clean, very nice staff. only stayed one night but seemed like a place you could comfortably stay a couple days.

location ended up being a bit of a work around with the trains. if you have a car, no problem, otherwise, be prepared for the 12€ taxi

We did not eat as breakfast was not included, but the room was clean and the staff/owner very sweet when we arrived.

It was a very hot night. There was no air conditioning and the fan was loud. Hot nights would not usually be a problem in Germany, though.

As I arrived outside of check in times I didnt meet the staff, everything was done via keybox and without problems. Room was comfy, quiet and clean. Short 25 min walk to the airport.

Communications about check out could have been better. I had to check out in the middle of the night, left the key in the room and messaged the property about it. Again no problem, staff was very friendly in their replies

Everything was clean and well taken care of. It was homely and quiet. I loved the art work in the hall ways.

Getting into my room was troublesome as I got confused with the key boys. Clearer communication would have been helpful. The coffee from the coffee machine was not hot and just dreadful :(

Close to airport. Parking. Breakfast possible. Bathroom is pretty big. Huge TV to be in a hotel room.

No air-conditioning and close to airport makes it a bit noisy to sleep. Closed windows makes it to warm.

Window blinds 100% light off. A free and available parking.

Too tiny walls. I heard a conversation and almost every move in the next room.

From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel welcome. The rooms were a good size with excellent bathroom facilities. The continental breakfast was very good with plenty of options
