Absolutely beautiful and comfortable place. Spacious room which was really quiet (sound proof). Modern bathroom with towels and hairdryer and universal soap (hair, body and hands). Nice water pressure from two different shower heads! Staff was really nice and answered all the questions. Shuttle from and to the airport. Just make sure to call the right Leonardo hotel (we didn’t but the driver dropped us off at our hotel which was really nice!)

Breakfast was a bit pricey (23€ p.P. +5€ art tax) but there are room offers that include breakfast which would make it cheaper but we didn’t know that. Also the TV wasn’t usable if you’re not speaking German. YouTube is really your only option but it takes very long to load.

The hotel was wow, beautiful and luxurious. Amazing buffet breakfast. Staff polite. Day two meals = Mezza delicious and my daughter enjoyed her sausages and chips. Comfortable room. Thank you to all the staff.

Our first day meal was disappointing = an onion and bacon tart. Onions and bacon were hard and the tart was not very tasty apart from the pastry. Pizza disappointing. Only two choices of pudding and the salty yoghurt dish was a bit strange although the berries were nice. My question = what happens to all the left over food after the buffet breakfast? If the hotel's honest answer is that it is thrown away as it does in many hotels I would feel sad having seen so many homeless people in the city of Cologne.

Besides the A/C in one room, the other things were good, cleaning and facilities.

1- I had two rooms and expected them to connect, but they did not. Besides that, one room's A/C did not work, and the receptionist offered to change the room, but I unpacked our luggage and found it hard to move to another room. Also, the room they offered us was a few doors away from our other room, which was unsuitable for us. 2- When we reached the room, we found that they put a bottle of sparkling water for us, but when I called reception to change it to regular water, she responded that when you will come down, bring that bottle and take non-sparkling water, it was strange!!!! 3- The parking area was in another building, and you must walk in exposed weather to go there and or back to the hotel. and it does not make me comfortable.

Super new hotel, nice bar and a good selection of bar food.

Only a coffee making machine in the room. I don’t drink coffee & asked the evening receptionist if I could have a kettle (I had my own tea), receptionist said no, coffee make would dispense hot water, but it came out brown as if it was cleaning the machine, also no milk. I had an 04.00 morning call & would have loved a drink before heading to the airport. I mentioned this to the night receptionist when checking out & she very kindly ran to the kitchen to get hot water in a paper cup to “drink on my way” Such a thoughtful touch. Thank you.

The hotel was great, super new and had everything you may need. Very comfortable bed and best pillows I ever tried! They offer free transfer to the airport where you can use the train station to get to the city centre in 10min. So we were always right in the centre in about 15-20min, which was great.

Breakfast was too expensive. There could be any other cheaper alternatives since the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Same for the restaurant. It closes a bit early considering that there’s no other place to have dinner nearby.

Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms very clean. Although I can not eat croissants, I thought it was great that it was offered for those leaving before breakfast was served. Also, the citrus water offered at the entrance was great.

Would be great to have lotion. Also in the information on the in-room tablet was not all up to date. For example, to log in to the Wi-Fi I was told to read the section about the internet. Nothing was there about using the network "Leonardo".

Great hotel in all. There were a lot of amenities offered by the hotel and the staff were great! If you go, be sure to use their FREE Shuttle service that you can take to the airport, then a train to the station to explore around Cologne. For what we paid, it was worth every dollar.

This is a new hotel, and they're in a developing location, but there is construction (That you can't hear) going on around that will make the place look a lot nicer.

Breakfast was amazing. So much choice and of very high quality. Staff were on the whole really pleasant and helpful.

Limited menu options for dinner and dessert in the restaurant and they weren't all available. The hotel hadn't long been open and seemed like they needed a few more staff in the restaurant. There was a large party in that had clearly pre-booked their meal so they were give the priority and seemed to be the reason the menu options weren't available.

Very polite and helpful staff of the reception, as well the bar personnel. Really nice room, very clean and comfortable. The lobby was fantastic, while you enjoy your drink or lunch/dinner, you are surrounded by a harmonic and amazing decoration. Near to the Koln/Bonn Airport, ideal for travelers and business people.

For three person staying in the room one chair is not considered enough. I was missing the Netflix App. Ιsolated from other facilities and activities.

The hotel has lots of space and breakout areas to relax, work, enjoy a drink at the bar or dine. There are communal workspaces with powered desks and fast internet, necessary for us to enable work. The rooms are spacious and superbly furnished. Best of all for us, was the professional and super friendly staff. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel and also a light supper. Food choices are wide ranging and quality excellent. W highly recommend this hotel and will return.
