Hotel is in very good location, few minutes walk from old town (cathedral, river, etc) and has convenient underground parking accessible by lifts. Fantastic staff, helpful and nice, always reachable. Room was clean and spacious, very quiet, good shower, super comfy beds. Shared tea stations on floor levels had nice choice. Loved breakfast (amazing foods also for vegetarian option, served with barista coffee, and oh my, the nut spreads were so good). Cool design, place is really original. Everything was perfect and would love to come back! :)

The hotel was in a great location to shops, cafes, restaurants and the tram. The rooms were quiet. All of the facilities were amazing, the room was stunning. The bed was comfortable. There was a well lite mirror above the sink which was handy for getting ready whilst my partner was showering. Nice added touch with a full length mirror on the back of the door, a lot of hotels don’t include a full length mirror. Lots of storage. The hotel lobby has a lovely atmosphere for the evening for a couple of cocktails. The galley on each floor with the coffee, vending machine, iron and ironing board was brilliant, u I had never seen at a hotel before. Parking at the hotel wasn’t available however we parked across the road, which was easy to find and cheap.

Personal preference I would of like a mini fridge in the room, to keep drinks and snacks we purchased from outside of the hotel cold. The space between the bed frame and counter top could be bigger as when walking past we always banged our legs on the sharp bed corner.

We had a great time! The staff is friendly, the check in and check out was fast and easy, the facilities are good and with cool design, the room was comfortable and with a good shower, and the breakfast was delicious! Also it was awesome that you could borrow the guitar!!! I do not rate as a 10 because for that I would wish a swimming pool within the price requested 😁🤗🌞

I thought it was a bit expensive... nevertheless, the experience exceeded my expectations therefore I don't regret booking it<3

Great new hotel

The check in process was the worst thing ive ever come across. Fine if there is one person but if there is more than one room to check-in for it's unnecessarily long. It took me 40 mins to manually check in for 5 rooms. The staff were nice but a little clueless. I also pre paid for breakfast for 2 rooms and they "couldn't find" our payment and tried to make us pay again. Just all seems chaotic and disorganised.. Need a better group check in process and to train the staff to enable them to use the booking system more efficiently.

Lovely staff and beautiful bar area with delicious drinks! Gorgeous room with large windows right by the bed. The bed and pillows were so comfy and we had a great night sleep, didn’t hear any noise through the night. Our room was decorated really nice and came with a big Bluetooth speaker which was an excellent touch, aswell as a wireless phone charger next to the bed and large mirrors. The shower was also one of the best hotel showers I have had. There are lots of restaurants, cafes and bars just a few minutes walk away and the town centre with the main shops, cathedral and train station is around a 25 minute walk away. Would definitely recommend for the money and would stay again if we were to return to Cologne.

Such an incredible hotel! We loved the way the lobby and rooms were decorated and had a great little vibe. The staff, especially Hamza we’re incredibly helpful and welcoming. They helped us with directions, storing our bags once we checked out before our train came and were just so hospitable! Out of the 8 cities we visited on our honeymoon, this hotel was our absolute favorite! The rooms are clean, the breakfast and bar are fantastic and I would highly recommend this place to everyone I know! Thank you for making our stay extra special!

- Nice Design - Good Bar Keeper (Cocktails) - all staff was really friendly and helpful - Good Location with lots stuff around, public transport close and not far to old town - private parking garage, was full in our case, but public garage right on the other side with same / similar price

- in the morning we heard very loud the cleaning stuff in the room above in action what woke us up unfortunately - you have to go through the toilet to get to the shower, not everyone’s favorite - We couldn’t find a light switch to turn on only bathroom, so going to the bathroom at night either in dark or wake everyone up with light, unfortunate - expected a bit more for the price

Very nice modern-looking hotel. Obviously targeted at young modern travelers, Marshall bluetooth speakers around the room, industrial, rock-inspired decoration. I loved the bed and the bathroom. The garage service was very convenient. The breakfast service was very good too. Unfortunately I didn't have time to try the cocktail bar but it looked very good too.

The pillows were not up to the same standard as the rest of the bed/bedroom. The duvet was individual for a double bed, it was fine for me as I was travelling alone, but it was a strange detail that let down a bit the whole experience. Otherwise it was a fantastic place.

the galleries on each floor are a nice alternative to having tea / coffee in your rooms however the choice of teas and no coffees are not great. there were only fruit and strong flavours. it isn’t great to need to get dressed, downstairs and buy a warm drink only to go back and get undressed to drink it in bed. Also, we had 2 expensive speakers in our room, which didn’t work, one offering the opportunity to grab an electric guitar from downstairs to plug in - and it was a thought - really funky to look at but if these are in all the rooms, isn’t this quite wasteful towards our planet.

The location it self, close to a lote of restaurent and near all interesting things. Also a secure and safe location, quiet and clean ! Interesting design and ambiance, with a appreciated modern touch with modern technology. I recommend it !

The bed...the pillows...was to hard for us... But this is a personal appreciation, my spouse and I love it when its more soft... Don't worry, we could sleep enough ;-)
