The Hotel has a nice marine decoration, the room was very nice and big. We appreciated the Fan wich was something very useful and distinct from many other accomodations I stayed. The breakfast very abundant and diverse. The staff is super nice and helpful. The free public transpor tickets are useful.

Two minor issues, one the parking is not marked, so at some point in the day we weren't able to find parking spots. This was only during dinner time. Once the next door restaurant got less busy there were plenty of spots to use. Hopefully the hotel can make signs for people not to use the Hotel parking spots. The second one is that one of the decoration in the room lost some "leafs" making the floor dirty the next day. It wasnt a big deal, but just a detail to take into account. Location is not exactly walking distance from the old town. But it was very easy to go by bus or car.

Location is good if you have a car or if you want to take the bus. It's close to a supermarket and to the bus station. We ordered the family room which was really spacious and comfortable. The room was clean and everything was new. The bathroom was fully facilitated and respectfully offering high quality soap, shampoo and conditioner Breakfast buffet was full of fresh food and various choices for every taste. The team was very polite always smiling and willing to help The hotel decoration as well as the room decoration were unique and fresh

Exceptionnally friendly staff. The owner even stayed up longer to still welcome me at the reception despite my late arrival. Felt extremely welcome. The room design is fabulous, nicely themed around the world of water. Many wooden styles made it feel warm and cozy. there was even a sauna in the suite.

Two minor things only. As a sleeper preferring complete darkness, the curtains did not allow to keep the room dark in the morning, but many hotels aren't able to. The iron clearly was not used regularly and a bit leaky, but not an issue for non-business travelers.

Dear traveller fellas, choose this hotel to feed a bunch of local families instead of big hotel chains !! Very-very kind staff, a warm, smiling welcome from the receptionist. Staff was eager to fulfil our special needs too, e.g. they provided us gluten free bread and plant based milk on our request. The shower is very spacious, bus stop into the city is just around the corner and we got day-tickets from the hotel for free. All in all, we enjoyed our stay here very much and will choose again. Wifi was also okay..

Everything was excellent: huge room, shower with incredible water pressure, delicious and varied breakfast. However, the best thing was the guy at the reception (sorry I didn't ask his name), who also helped during breakfast and manned the bar in the evenings. He was very friendly and always made sure we had a good time.

The location is a bit remote with respect to the city centre, but public transportation is fast, efficient and included with the hotel fee, so it's still very convenient.

I definitely recommend this hotel as it met my expectations in all regards and even exceeded them. The staff working there was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. They were always available and gladly addressed any questions or issues I had. I felt the way I was treated during the whole stay there was exceptional in the best possible way.

Aqua Hotel was really a nice surprise! The hotel is beautifully decorated, cosy and the staff very friendly and helpful. Not to mention the excellent breakfast, one of the best we had! The location can be surprising at first, but it is in fact very close to the river, we really enjoyed walking to the city center. And free transportation cards are also included in the room price.

Unfortunately rooms are not very well soundproofed (we are quite sensitive to noise). Though we appreciated the effort the hotel makes to have a quiet place, with several signs asking people to be quiet at night.

How many times are you truly surprised by the interior design of a hotel? Aqua Hotel sure knows how to do this. With very nicely designed and spacious rooms and restaurant, as well as friendly staff it is a very nice place to stay.

The location is easy to find, but being in the middle of an industry area it is a bit less inspiring. However, the inside surely makes up for it. Also easy parking in front of the hotel.

sheesh! what did I not like? the room was comfy, the atmosphere is wonderful, the staff was phenominal. if you’re not staying here, then you’recrazy. if you’re a tourist, I HIGHLY recommend this spot. the staff will give any and all recommendations that you need to see! Close to public transportation and safe area to go on runs in the morning!

not a damn thing

Spacy room, have a desk and a small table which is really convenience. Very friendly staff at front desk. Location is a bit away from city centre, but hotel provide bus schedule when you check in. The room is very clean with separate toilet and shower. Comfortable bed.

Have to sign in the hotel WiFi every time after we come back
