Good sized room. Clean and bright. Quiet despite being right next to street. Staff helpful. Right next to old town and a short walk to the passenger ferry to Meersburg, which takes 20 minutes from Konstantz harbour, without having to make your way to Staad. Breakfast spot on, with good variety and plenty of pastries. Fried eggs always a bonus, even if overdone. Konstantz great for a couple of nights, with a good mix of old town, shops, bars and restaurants, with plenty of places to visit around the lake, in particular Meersburg and its old castle.

Limited (paid but.a reasonable €11) parking at the hotel, although we did arrive late, so best have a back-up plan, although other parking well enough posted on the way into town. Managed to get parked the second day when guests were checking out in the morning. A bit tricky, in particular when driving a large hire car on the wrong side…

Nice location, within walking distance of the lake and other sights. Lots of nearby restaurants. Staff were all friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent.

Car park is great, but crowded and we only just managed to get a space - and then they charge for it !! A better managed car park that you could reserve would be a big improvement

Close to city center, very nice and clean rooms, everything you need for a weekend trip

When knowing that such many people are staying in the hotel I recommend to organize the breakfast better with for example setting 2-3 shifts and reservation in advance. We had to eat in the lobby because there was no table left.

The room we got was very nice: furniture was clean and new, the bathroom was also quite impressive, big, sparkling clean, and the shower was really nice. We also had a large balcony. Breakfast was included, and was also good. There is a large private parking you can use (not included in the price), but very convenient. Staff was nice and suggested few restaurant to have dinner. Finally, about 5 mins walking from city center.

Just a bit noisy, but nothing to worry too much about.

Room was a decent size. Good choice of breakfast in a pleasant dining area. Well placed for easy access to the old town - two minutes walk from the Hus House, about fifteen minutes walk from the harbour. Staff were all really pleasant. Free bus pass for the duration of our stay issued by the hotel.

Car park was a bit tight and there was a charge, only to be expected in a tourist city I suppose.

Location is perfect. It it’s located at the end of old town but just in walking distance to old town and a big shopping centre LAGO. There is car parking behind the hotel. The parking spade is limited, I recommend to arrive there in early to mid afternoon if you want to park your car behind the hotel. It costs but reasonable price. Breakfast is also good.

large room, comfy bed, asked for rose petals and staff went beyond expectations. It was wonderful. the shower head was really nice!!

looking out onto the street, there was a Covid test facility. it was a bit of an eye sore but obviously out of the hotel‘s control. It would’ve been nice to have a little bit more privacy while lying in bed and enjoying the sunshine. it was a little bit uncomfortable that people could potentially see us from their window in the buildings opposite the hotel. But overall it was lovely.

The location of the Hotel is fantastic. The rooms are nice and comfortable and breakfast was great.

Just on a personal note, the bathroom does not offer enough privacy as it does not have a proper closing door, just a sliding door in glass, part of the glass is frosted other parts are see-through and I don't like that.

The hotel is great for a weekend getaway! It’s very close to the old town and city center and only a short walk from the train station and the lake. The beds were also incredibly comfortable and the breakfast was plenty.
