-perfect location close to the city center and central train station. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, as well as a mall and all kinds of public transport. -the room is great. Beautiful, clean, big, beds are comfortable, convenient lockers and coat hangers. The heating works perfectly. -there’s a shared kitchenette downstairs, it isn’t much but it’s nice to be able to use a fridge. -the price is fair.

-the elevator shakes really bad. Didn’t have any problems with it besides that, it works fine, but it’s kinda scary. -there was a little mold in the shower but nothing terrible. -the noise from the street gets loud, even with the windows closed, but it didn’t bother me much thankfully. -not very social if that’s what you’re looking for. There aren’t really any common spaces. -the pillows aren’t very comfortable and the floors are creaky, but again it’s nothing that bad. -one staff member was unpleasant and made me feel uncomfortable. Everybody else was very nice though.

clean facilities nice staff, always open for questions good location, 13min by foot from train station, a couple of minutes from tram stations big rooms, nice seating area and good view clean bathroom, enough space overall I'm satisfied with my stay! :)

wifi was a bit slow at times, but overall good not all beds had a socket that was reachable while in bed, but nearby so it was manageable curtains were thin, so it was really bright in the morning no bedlight sadly

Location and cleanliness of the room

There is no where mentioned on the website that we cannot extend our stay more than 7 days. I had some work and requested for another 5 days but was denied as it's been a week of my stay already. When the rooms are not occupied, I do not see why we cannot extend the stay more than a week. Also, I am a frequent visitor here. I am disappointed.

we travelled as a large group (25 people). the staff were very helpful and accommodating in getting all of us checked in, even though we arrived late in the evening (~00:00). rooms are spacious. location is ~2min walk from S-Bahn station, giving easy access to the rest of the city. (the included breakfast is bread/toast + cheese and ham, cereal, fruit, + 'breakfast drinks' (tea, coffee, juices, etc.) )

some of our group thought that 1 bathroom for a room of 8 wasn't enough. all others were 100% satisfied with their stay.

Very good value hostel. Friendly staff, praise to Valentina and Paulina 🙂. Beds from wood, clean sheets, comfortable pillow. Lockers in the room with sufficient storage space. Stools and table also present in the room itself. Spacious and clean bathroom. There's elevator in this hostel.

Some shady behavior from some of the guests, but that's not fault of the staff or the property.

Location was within walking distance to the train station and many attractions. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The only issue was in the breakfast room. There were many guests who had been before us and the tables were not cleaned and I couldn't find anything to wipe the tables myself. The food was good with a typical European cold breakfast.

- It is quite noisy both from the street and in the hostel itself, but I guess it's what you should expect from hostels :) - Not many power sockets near some beds - better bring your own extension cable socket - Some shelves or night tables near beds would be nice :)

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location that is few minutes walking to the central station. Clean room and bathroom. Prices were very good.

The windows were useless due to the noise outside. The towels can be provided for extra money and not included in the bed price just like other places.

spacious room, comfy bed, very clean place although the worn out sheets, very acceptable price for extras like key for lockers, hand/bath towels, breakfast. I liked the old wooden staircase too ;) although there is a lift.

bad window insulation -the car noise was fully in, however quiet overall

The staff was friendly. It was easy to store my luggage in a room as my train left later in the day. Huge clean bathroom en-suite with a nice shower. The room was also quite big. The location is great. You basically just cross a street then you are already in the city centre.

Only some minor issues: There were only sockets on floor level, not next to the bed. No bed had a lamp. The lockers had a division, so a big bag/suitcase wouldn't fit. There is no stove or oven in the kitchen, only a microwave. Wifi wasn't always working properly. We left the windows open as it was quite warm, but right outside there is a noisy street, so bring earplugs or headphones.
