The kind of hotel you always hope for. All the whistles and bells. Very friendly stuff. Good breakfast. Great location (greenest part of Magdeburg).

The parking garage has an extremely narrow entrance, and a fully loaded car will scrap the ground at the start of the steep slope downwards.

Absolutely amazing staff. We felt very welcomed and were impressed with how friendly and helpful the lady at the reception desk was. Also, impressing choice of food for breakfast, including freshly baked buns.

Only one thing: both bedside lamps can be only switched on or of simultaneously, which is a bit inconvenient when one person wants to read a bit longer in the night and the other wants to sleep.

Delightful location in a leafy suburb. Large room with separate alcove with desk and chair. Kettle and cups in room (but no English tea). Free coffee machine in reception. Excellent breakfast. Free car park.

No air conditioning. Hotel description includes "Mediterranean restaurant" but it doesn't have a restaurant!

Hotel is located around 1 km from central train station on a very green and calm street - you can get there by at least 4 tram lines (but with a 300 m walk from the stop). The rooms and bathrooms are very cozy and clean. European breakfasts are very god and full of choice. Hotel staff is welcoming and helpful. It was of the best hotels I've ever slept so I highly recommend it :)

It would be nice to have a small kettle in a room.

This is the place to stay! We had asked for a lift in the Hotel and they had one. Parking of the street, yes. Breakfast was exceptional! Clyde Barton

Nothing. The Hotel was exceptional.

The check is was super! We were a bit early and we had a bike we wanted to store somewhere in the hotel facilities. The receptionist who helped us was the best! She helped us putting the bike away, in the meantime she checked with housekeeping for our room who was the ready (early ready) All that efficient, helpful and very friendly. Best Western give her a raise :-) The Espresso or double espresso were a delight for my wife at breakfast.

Not much, but nowadays I do not expect for the shower to be in the Bathtub.

Clean and cozy place to stay. Hotel itself is old but in a good condition. Great staff - friendly and helpful. Amazing women on breakfast and on reception. Parking for free.
