Everything was ok, nice staff. The room was big enough with all facilities well prepared. I totally recommend this hotel. The hotel has good connection to Mannheim Central Station (tram 5, 5A) where you can reach other destinations by train. For example you can visit Heidelberg and its palace, full of history and eat in no 1 choice local restaurant named "Kulturbrauerei Heidelberg" (10 minutes by train from Mannheim central station)). Another destination to visit will be Baden Baden: here you can visit Frida Kahlo museum which is amazing, totally recommended (if you see the movie with Salma Hayek first, all paintings in the museum will be more interesting).Also you can visit the palace ruins if you are in the mood of taking a walk via forest. Baden Baden is round 1 hour by train from Mannheim Central Station.

Room heating didn't work

Would have been nice to have Netflix or the ability to stream to the tv from your phone. there was only one English speaking tv channel which was a news channel. location was great for Time Warp festival, although it is out of the way a bit for dinner options in the local area. you would need a short Uber or 40minute walk into the city. However there is options for delivery.

Loved everything about our one night stay here. Hotel staff were friendly, food was great, exceptional service. Very clean rooms with tea and coffee making facilities, great bathroom with complimentary shower gels and shampoo. Food was delicious! Plentiful breakfast selections to suit all tastes with both hot and cold options. Our room had a nice balcony where we could stand outside and admire views over the area.

The pillows were too soft. It was out of the city centre Could not get the air conditioning to work. No staff available after 23.30. The title picture on Booking.com is off the university and not off the hotel.

Nice and friendly approach of personel. Quiet street, means no noises in the night, you can sleep with open window. Enough parking places aroung the hotel. Towels changed daily.

The only minus points perhaps for not cleaning floor in my room for couple of days. In fitness there was water to drink, when it was gone nobody supplied next days.

New facilities, big nice and clean room, good continental breakfast

It looks like it had renovation and most of facilities are fresh and new, but still looks a little bit old-fasioned. Parking not included and costed 10e despite it belongs to the hotel.

I stumbled upon this Best western after staying in their other hotel which is near to a concert hall that I went to. I would come back to this hotel again and in fact did so on my return trip from Switzerland on route back to the UK. Great brewery pub a short walk away and large supermarket over the road. Easy to park and a greta breakfast for 12 Euros. I shall return here for any trips that require a stop over in Germany.

But I didn't like value for breakfast, 14€ and then you have to stand in a corner and wait for a place to eat. Or just sit separate with other family's in order to leave in time.

I was in this hotel for second time. I received room at top floor with balcony. My room was very clean and i found there everything what I needed. Hotel service was really friendly and helpful

Superb room, excellent cleanliness, good breakfast, although it should be a little more diversified.

Lack of a restaurant. Basically, you have nowhere to eat, just go to a nearby fast food supermarket - about 10 minutes' walk.
