Excellent location, hotel, room, and amazing breakfast. Very happy that I chose this hotel. The very center of the city is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Several great restaurants nearby.

If you happen to park at the hotel, please be aware that the parking garage is extremely narrow and to exit the garage one has to drive 3 levels down every time on the super narrow roadways. Very easy to scratch your car. The other thing I didn't like to much is that the bathroom in the hotel room can't be locked. Can lead to some uncofortable moments if you are staying with your family members. This is a really minor one from my teen daughter: she was missing bagels for breakfast, but I assume this is not a thing in Europe in general.

It is a very nice hotel, the breakfast is fantastic, but I was missing the salmon. English channels on the TV. The room is clean, there's hot water in the shower and the internet works perfectly.

Well it seems the reception is not very much interested in their guests, but after several stays a warmer welcome would be nice. Nope I don't need hugs, but a hello and a how do you do would be nice. No fresh orange juice, and 2 single beds instead of a double as ordered. No minibar available.

The room was big and clean. I arrived early but they let me check in. The staff was very friendly and helpful Breakfast had very wide choice - I had very good value overall. Very close to Xmas market.

The radiator was behind the curtain so wasn't effective in heating the room when outside wa -6 degrees. I moved the curtain to expose radiator and it worked fine. The guys next door came back at 3am and had quite loud and long conversation in the corridor which woke me up which was super annoying - not hotel's fault but it could happen as it's a huge hotel...

It was clean, neat, and very comfortable. The room was big and spacious. The aircon worked a charm in the heat. The desk and chair were well suited for working in the evenings. Everything worked well, especially the wifi. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked the green initiatives.

A small bar fridge and maybe biscuits to go with the tea/coffee would make a big difference to a rushed traveller. Room service was suspended on my visit but would have been useful as I was working consistently during my stay. They appeared short of staff in the bar.

Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff. Large and pleasant design room. The air conditioning was working very well. Coffee machine in the room as well as kettle and refrigerator. USB ports near the bad. Very clean. Good location, nearby 2 big supermarket and city centre shopping area. Taxi station is nearby. 10 min walk from the Central Train station, Tram is just outside the hotel.

I contacted hotel before the trip and told them I wished for the rooms with connecting door. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We got what we asked for on arrival. Rooms are big and very nice. Facility is high-qualified. Lobby is nice with an open bar. Many nice corners for taking photos. Breakfast ist generous and various. Hotel is well-located. Train and bus stop right in front of hotel, the opposite side is perdestrian. but it was not noisy at all. in gernal, we had very good time there, and would like to come back.

Great hotel. Very clean. With wonderful location, nice view and kind professional stuff. We’ve got minibar for free. Great bed, big and comfortable room with nice bathroom. I liked spa- it’s not big, but nice and cozy to relax after hard day of traveling and work, also very clean one with free of charge water and fruits.

All the staff members were very polite and always with a smile on. The hotel is perfectly situated in the centre,the rooms are very spacious, modern and clean. The breakfast buffet was freshly cooked with rich selection of choices. The stay truly exceeded my expectations, i am very happy.

The hotel is very close to the main train station in Mannheim and very easy to find with a 10-15 minute walk. The room and facilities are clean and well maintained and the staff are courteous and helpful.

we stayed in a room that is facing the main street. The sound insulation is not very good as we could hear the traffic and a lot of car honking at night.

Located in the city center and The staff was so helpful and professional, will definitely come again and stay Here.

The beds were not up to my expectation there were two single beds placed next to each other which according to me is not comparable to double bed and I couldn’t feel like I am sleeping on double bed
