The bar had very nice food and was therefore a great place to watch the Euro while eating; Additionally there are many nice restaurants in a walking distance for the hotel; And at the reception I would like to commend Jan for his kind service

The toilet seat had unpleasant brownish color all around its bottom side. I reported it twice after 1st and 2nd nights and was told that it is not cleanable and that "a technician would come to fix it" (which I supposed was replace the seat). That did not happen throughout my five-night stay. I still have photos from beginning and end of my stay if the hotel desires, I shall add them here in this review because that would be in poor taste imho.

Front desk staff very friendly and polite. Hotel facilities very clean and modern. Bar was nicely decorated and the bartender was very friendly, I would even say he made the best Mojito I have ever tasted. I love the whole aspect of green stay and I decided to choose green stay as I havent seen it done in other hotels before. Location to SAP arena amazing and Mannheim train station quite close. We used Tier scooters to navigate around town and it was very safe. Bed comfortable, sheets clean, bathroom small but clean, wardrobe quite large and you are given a nespresso machine and loads of coffee and tea given.

Bar aircon was on too high, it was fairly cold. Room wasnt hoovered properly and I dont think the floors were washed. There was peanuts on the floor from the previous guest. Behind the large mirror there was a sanitary pad left from the previous guest, or even the one beforehand as there was dust on it and a black hair. I checked under the bed to see how long ago was that hoovered, and there was only a small amount of dust so I would say under beds was cleaned recently.

The rooms are clean and comfortable and very well maintained. They have full sized windows which made the room well lit. The hotel gives a premium feel with a good lobby and a nice restaurant and bar. The breakfast spread was wonderful with plenty of options as per your liking. They baked gluten free breads on demand to cater to my gluten intolerance. The staff was professionally trained, friendly and approachable. I opted for green stays on some nights and the complimentary drink coupons were the cherry on the cake.

The hotel is located a bit away from the city center, but the accessibility is not an issue due to the frequent tram connections.

This is a large, comfortable, modern hotel. Everything was as expected, and my room was comfortable, nicely furnished and clean, with a good shower. The few staff that I met were a friendly and helpful bunch. The double or triple glazing was top-class and shut out almost all noise (unlike in some places where it leaves a lot to be desired!) but the windows were also openable to let in fresh air, which I appreciated. I can't comment on the food, as I did not eat there. There is a gym, which I could have used for free if I had had more time. The hotel is a short tram ride from the main station, but you can walk it in 20 minutes or so. I'd happily stay there again.

Exemplar to how 4 stars hotel should be, NH Mannheim is probably one of the best 4 stars hotel I’ve even been to. It sits right outside the low emission zone , walking distance to “downtown “. Parking is expensive (21€ 2024) but there is plenty of free parking right to the side of the hotel . Very clean room with a nice size shower. Quality toiletries including body lotion (and separate soap, shampoo, conditioner 👍). Excellent soundproofing, good curtains, very comfortable bed (and check-out at noon 😀) for a good night sleep. Breakfast is expensive (22€ pp) but there is excellent coffee 24 hours at the lobby (and Nespresso machine in the room) and some pastries and fruits during the day. Stuff are very nice and helpful .

I got replies from the hotel quickly, and I could check in past midnight, which was a great help. The day-time receptionist was very kind and helpful, made me feel very welcome and safe. I appreciated the help with public transport, being able to leave my luggage after checking out, getting free delicious freshly brewed coffee with milk from the ground floor (no coffee machine in room). The room was exactly as in the photos, spacious enough, and the whole building felt very new and the bed and corners were clean. The AC functioned well and it could be turned off for the night so it wasn't loud. Had wonderful nights of sleep, the hotel was very quiet at all times. There is a gas station right across the street which is open at night and has okay prices (it's a better choice than the overpriced counter across the reception)

The nighttime receptionist wasn't very nice, even though he asked if it's my first time, I was not given any guidance or explanation, and he seemed irritated and impatient. The bathroom was not sufficiently cleaned, previous person's hair was on the wall. Personally I found the bed comfortable but it's on the harder side so if someone prefers softer beds then they should keep this in mind. The location of the hotel is a bit far away from the city center, in comparison to that, the room was quite expensive at the time.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The breakfast was delicious with great coffee and plenty of cheese and dessert options. The location was convenient to travel to the City centre, and the staff were super friendly. When we arrived there was enough parking space to park the car.

It's a shame that such a modern hotel doesn't offer the posibilities to charge your car. I would've expected at least one charging facility on the parking. The breakfast was good, however it was really noisy in the restaurant.

An early check-in fee was taken at 11 am. The hotel must be smooth in this procedure. Flight reservations and arrival times are not in our control. The value of the car park is very high. If it is not free, let it be with a small fee, especially for stays of more than 5 nights. here are not the simplest accommodation tools in the room. Tea, coffee, water heater. You must request them under the pretext of preserving the environment. In the restaurant, a cover was requested for a coffee cup. The employee told me the cover is plastic and we do not use it here to preserve the environment. Just say there is no cover.

Very nice hotel equipped with a spacious and secured parking lot (there is a camera at the gate ensuring that the card used to open the gate matches the license plate). The lobby is spacious, modern, the check in/ check out is efficient, the staff is welcoming, discrete and keen to assist. The room was very clean and luminous, the bathroom well sized and built. The air conditoning works seamlessly and without any noise, meanwhile it is also possible to open the window for those who prefer. One clever idea I didn't get to see before: there is a sort of self service mini market in the lobby, where one can buy drinks/ snacks/ small amenities such as a toothbrush.

If one thing, I found the 21€ parking fee a bit expensive. While the security mentionned before is appreciated, the individual places are not particularly large (and I realized after I left that the car next to me hit me with the door... type of souvenirs that I am not a fan of). I think 15€ would be more appropriate.

- The junior suite is comfortable. However, I expected it to be slightly more spacious. I especially liked that the bathroom had both a shower and a bath with his & hers wash basins. The room came with all the amenities we needed. - The hotel is in close vicinity to the city centre and transport stops if we don't want to walk. There are plenty of bakeries and cafés open early in the morning if you want to go out for breakfast. - There are trolleys at the car park, which makes it easier to get the bags upstairs. - Staff are excellent and very helpful. - The 2 TVs in the room are a great touch. - There's a snack and wine station next to reception, which is good.

- Parking is charged, and spaces are limited. But the spaces are wide enough for larger cars. - Would have been better to leave a water bottle per day as I had only 1 for 2 nights stay.
