1 The staff were very helpful, multi lingual and had good humor. Every part of the hotel we saw was spotlessly clean. Room decor was beautiful, beds were comfortable, there were plenty of hot drinks choice/ kettle and the toiletries smelt amazing. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and well designed. The location an easy 10 minute walk from Manneheim hbf and bus/tram links. The free city guide was a bonus as i hadn't managed to buy one in advance. The garden was a lovely area to have a coffee or beer. We are planning another trip to Mannerheim just so we can stay in this hotel again 😁

There was one pillow and cushion on each bed but i could have done with an extra pillow. We didn't have breakfast at 20 euro pp it seemed very expensive but that may be the usual rate in Germany.

There were several things I liked. It was an easy to reach location and there was great breakfast with lots of variety. It was fresh and always refilled once something was empty. Lastly, all the staff I encountered were very friendly, from checkin to checkout, all throughout my 4 day stay for a work conference.

Everything was up to my expectations. Even though the hotel’s own parking lot is in the garage below the hotel, if your car were to not fit, like mine, there is a garage right across the street, which belongs to the train station. I was a little nervous about that due to the reputation train stations generally have. After arriving and looking around I wasn’t worried at all about leaving my car parked there with lots of stuff in the car. It’s a safe location and it’s a gated parking garage.

Clean, big room, good location

At check in the staff on reception said that they dont have our reservation, and we had to insist on that, also showing the code reservation. A bit strange as previously we got answers from hotel to our late check in request. That would mean for that our reservation was known. Never happened with previous booking.com reservation or best western hotels. Consider breakfast for 20eur a bit expensive.

The location is great. You can walk to the Main train station, and just take a speed train to the airport or anywhere else in Europe, and it's near the shopping area and restaurants. Also, near to the tram station where we could catch a tram to our convention venue at SAP Arena.

A bit expensive.

Very well located, very close to the train station and to the Rosengarten. Calm area and silent rooms. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and the cleaning service did a really good job every morning.

The toilet fans that get activated with the bathroom light (and stay on for a while after switching it off) were quite noisy.

It was a classic style - room was big, enough for 2 and luggage, with tea and coffee facilities and a sheer curtain on the window. Sounds trivial but many 'modern' room only have a block out curtain so the window is very exposing and useless.

Near to centre of Mannheim. Small but comfortable room with good airco. parking below the hotel was kindly provided (of course at costs).

Near to midnight we detected that we were in a room equipped for 1 person while we booked as a couple. The night receptionist provided us within 10 minutes with additional towels and bedding materials.

very comfortable room, spacious, renovated, sound proof, good wifi, nice bathroom, excellent breakfast for 20€, very friendly and polite staff, comfortable bed, quiet AC.
